STAY AWAY!! This is a scam, wish I had read more reviews before purchasing, I’ve had the same issues as everyone else with the items being damaged, discoloured and not at an acceptable standard. Only option from them is “exchange” which you have to pay the shipping fees for and for your new items! Absolutely shocking customer service from Mazz aswell. This is a scam and hopefully the company is shut down ASAP

All just a big scam. Ordered a box, but wasn’t a fan of the items I received, so we agreed on an exchange for some different things. Been over a month and still heard nothing back. Hopefully these rats get shut down soon

Crap clothes, better to go to a charity shop, put the clothes in a box yourself. Probably wouldn't spend more than £3

Ordered a box for £60 for my teenage daughter's birthday that she was so excited to open. On opening she was so upset to receive a purple northface jacket with mould and dirt all over it (will definitely not even come out in a hot wash), and a black northface top again covered with dirt and all the items smelt like they'd been in skip for a month. I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Of course I queried this with 'customer services' but was told I can only exchange for a like-to-like item. I don't really want to get any more mouldy, smelly, dirty clothes. This company advertises on tiktok and others which I am looking into, I will be following this up with trading standards etc.

The only way this company could improve is if they shut down and stop trading. Ordered the 4 item mystery box. 1 item wearable-ish, 1 is a knockoff fendi ring and the other 2 are cheap knock off sports hoodies. Would be better off going to a charity shop. Have requested a refund and if they don’t refund me I will pursue it through my bank as a scam. Don’t waste your money!!!

I have never left a review before but this seems like a good place to start. I ordered £100 of mystery vintage clothes expecting a mix of items which I could use and some which I couldn’t. What I got was a shoddy box filled to the brim with filthy, smelly overworn clothes that are damaged ridiculously. My only hope is to throw it all out and hope the smell doesn’t annoy my neighbours. Do not go anywhere near this business, scamming fraudsters and with any luck they will be sued royally for the filthy sales tactics they are using. Truly disgusting.

Scammed me out of £100 all the clothes didn’t fit and smelled awful I asked for a refund and they refused and then said they will only accept an exchange so I said yes and they haven’t replied since do not buy from this company full of lairs and scammers

I would give this company 0 if I could. I still haven’t received my parcel in over 3 months now after I bought a £100 mystery box. The real mystery is if they haven’t even tried sending me a parcel. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I saw an ad on Facebook for their mystery boxes and thought oh wicked looks good.. placed my order which said would be shipped in 48 hours, lovely. A few days had passed nothing so I thought odd considering when anytime I’ve ordered from a shop they usually near enough stick to what they promise delivery wise.. decided to have a look at the reviews and my god I wish I had looked before I brought but sadly it was too late.. I got the box about 2 weeks after I ordered… let me tell you, I wouldn’t even give the stuff in it to a charity shop!!! The only two good pieces of clothing were children’s clothing which as an adult isn’t gonna fit me hahah. I sent pictures of it all to them as I was rather unhappy but I stayed polite throughout… was told it was gonna be investigated.. 2 weeks on now and no reply back, nothing. So I’m out my 14 days period and they know this so not only about £100 down but have a load of awful clothes that I wouldn’t be dress a dog in😂 reading the reviews I have no idea how this company is still allowed to operate and I’m sure one day they will come up against someone who will hang them out to dry. My best advice would be for people to stop buying and stay well away from them. Awful products and even worse customer service😘

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ordered 6 weeks ago, still nothing, customer service useless, kept promising to look into it, never did.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID, SCAMMERS
I ordered my box in MAY and still have not recieved it, have asked for refunds multiple times, just to be ignored. I then threatened legal action and they asked me to send the box back, yes, the box that I still havent recieved after two months 😂😂. Avoid like the plague, ive had to start a dispute with my bank just to get my money back.

Please please please DO NOT USE THIS Company!!! - ordered my Grade A Mystery Box in June! £90!! Received a tracking number and still says Royal Mail awaiting package!! Weeks later!!! Have sent numerous emails and received many replies assuring me my package will be with me but still nothing!!! By the reviews it sounds like it’s not worth receiving anyway! But I would like my money back! They just make excuses or ignore you!!! Wish I’d read the reviews before falling into their trap! Don Not Use!! I will be going to Trading Standards!!!

Rubbish items, they over exaggerate the price saying it’s worth say £60 but the clothes definitely weren’t worth what they said maybe more like half that!! The first item had a small hole in the front and centre and was just very second hand and used and washed out and not really sure what colour it is supposed to be (£38 value apparently😂😂😂) this is also ripped on the sleeve - don’t waste your time and money

Shocking company! Would never use again and regret I ever did. Return med two items to be sized up and have just been totally lied to and ignored for weeks.

Absolutely shocking quality. Ordered the 2 piece mystery box. The shirt I got sent wasn’t vintage and was just a standard Tommy Hilfiger and had a blood stain on it and the jumper they sent me was absolutely no where near grade a quality. I don’t normally write reviews but I couldn’t believe how bad they are. Wish I read the reviews on here before I ordered

I do not usually do reviews but feel others need to be warned.Received our order and was massively disappointed to find it being dirty, worn within an inch of its life and frayed. Genuinely wouldn’t pay a single penny for the item I received.
It may well have been a one of but when requesting a refund, I only offered an exchange and to pay for my own return of the items. Absolutely shocking.

I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered my husband a vintage box for his birthday, I received a dispatch email with a tracking number from Royal Mail, it has now been 2 weeks and they cannot locate my parcel.

I have asked for a refund, they constantly say they wil “look into it urgently” this has now been 5 days.

They have told me they do not offer a refund as it is a mystery box.

I have just employed a small claims lawyer.

Please avoid at all costs

After nearly a month of “further investigations” my order was finally cancelled this company is a scam I placed an order for 2 jackets after a well no dispatch email so I contact them and they thank me for my patience and they will look into why my “mystery box” is taking so long to dispatch I corrected them and after multiple emails and further investigations nothing just generic emails to keep you waiting do not waster your time or money on this website
