If I could give zero I would.
Received a box for Christmas and every single item bar one was obviously that that they couldn’t sell on. Covered in oil stains, cobwebs and the one item I did like has stains all up the arms.
Got 2 jewellery items both of which FAKE and not even good fakes.
Messaged on Insta to hopefully swap some items/get a partial refund or some form of fix to this and I got blocked.

All 3 items stained, could get better clothes from a charity shop. Not designer brands. Absolute scam. 1 was completely plain, didn't even have a logo on it. Considering it took forever to come as was supposed to arrive before Christmas in November. Do not purchase from here.

Sadly I cannot rate this at 0!!! I echo all the reviews that this is just one huge con!! My son ordered, the mystery box £40!! I could have got better quality stuff from a charity shop for a couple of pounds! One hoody stained and so worn I would only use it for rags and a jumper that was filthy and now used as bedding for the dog!!! They need shutting down!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered a mystery box for £99 and only 2 out 6 items were any good. Most had very visible stains and the sizing of the items is much smaller than it should be. I've sent multiple emails asking to switch my items over to something that isn't stained and to change to a larger size but have been totally ignored for over a month now.

Disgusting company. Sent me CHILDRENS age 12-14 clothes instead of size 12-14. Returned all items at MY cost and waited a month for new replacement items which I requested with customer service ‘Thomas’ who might I add BLOCKED me on social media when I reached out! And also requested inside my return for a men’s mystery box instead. Surprise surprise I recorded MORE girls clothes! Again the wrong size. Absolute shambles of a company they need to be shut down. I even went to trading standards about them and that is the only time the cooperated. They told me for weeks they hadn’t received my return although I provided all evidence of the warehouse operative receiving and signing it in a photo. After me messaging about the second box being again incorrect I was ignored and all emails are now bouncing back to my outbox. If I could rate them and their staff a -100 I would.

I wished I can rate 0!!! Total rubbish. I deeply regret that I was fooled by this company! Total waste of money for nothing!! Cant wait to see this company shut down.

The order was rubbish and ALL of the jackets/hoodies were USED. They LIED on the website saying that there were branded clothes in the mystery box and THERE WERE NONE. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont Buy! Or at least dont return anything and expect your money back or a replacement. I bought a jacket in september and returned it as it was too small. I had an acknowledgement email in early october that they had received my returned package but that they dont do refunds so I could apply the credit to a replacement (larger size). Now has this credit been applied? NO. I have been emailing Thomas from the company for months and keep being palmed off so they pretty much have stolen my £105. I will be taking action now.

Horrible company and hope they're out of business sooner rather than later! Just avoid to save yourself the stress. Clothes stunk of pond water and looked like something you'd find in a skip.

The other item was broken and it took 9 months to get a refund! I was ignored constantly and they've violated every consumer right for refunds/service, so I've reported them to trading standards as well.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Ordered 2 mystery boxes for my teen children and they are nowhere to be seen…now dreading what I would even receive if they ever get dispatched. So disappointed.

It is trash, complete wrong sizes and I PAID for a box of 8 items, only received 4 with no solution.. IT HAS BEEN NEAR ENOUGH 3 MONTHS since this issue has happened AND STILL it's been back and forth. Nothing had been sorted.

Their customer service is absolute rubbish and it has been disgusting.

Never purchasing from them ever again, I recommend you do the same.

Ordered a mystery box & received 2 items. A Nike shell suit jacket that was damaged and smelled like it had been in a loft for 10 years. Contacted them and was told to return it (at my own cost) sent back and radio silence. I’ve been in contact ever since, I was told 10-15 days for a return. Nothing.
Chased them with emails upon emails & it was always 10-15 days or I have transferred it to our warehouse team. It’s automated responses after automated responses. There’s no number to contact them which is a major red flag.
I have raised a dispute with my bank as I’ve bought a 2 item mystery box and I only have 1 item…
I’ll also be contact trading standards as I cannot comprehend how a business is allowed to operate the way these guys are doing.

Honestly do not bother, the clothes are god awful, paid £12 to return the box and try for a refund, refund not eligible… now they won’t re-send a new box with clothes which A, dont stink B, fit properly and C clothes that aren’t some random NFL player that no one cares about. £72 wasted on this s**t company

If I could rate 0 I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Had a kit sent completely the wrong size so sent it back and asked for a refund as it took 4 weeks to get here. THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY - LUDICROUS- sent me another kit also terrible size and quality so sent that back and tried for a refund again. Since then they’re dealing with issues is to ignore me! Have sent proof of return 7 times and along with my other 20+ emails. - still no response. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH DISGUSTING ETHICS. I am a single Mum who is now down £40 with absolutely nothing to show for it. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This ”business” needs to be reported as this is scammers working pretending to run a vintage clothing business. They’ve robbed me for £100. I’ve contacted trading standards as this so called “business” must be closed. I mean how are they even still open if there are so many bad reviews? I’ve left a comment under their insta post which got deleted within seconds after what they blocked me. Which they think would sort their problem? 😅sooner or later but this robbing are not gonna last long.

Never received my $61 in jersey purchases. Sent me 4 wooden butterflies with a bible scripture on them...

I ordered a £40 mystery box as seen advertised on Instagram. Oh how very naive of me.
So the box came, 2 items. One a t-shirt and one a jumper. Fk me, if they are with £100 then I'm Ghandi. Im not even exaggerating when i say you'd pick up at your local charity shop for 50p per item. Very disappointed. This company need to stop advertising rare items branded by Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and others like they're stocked to the brim with them. This company is a joke. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered a vintage goofy nascar jacket from a UK shop to receive a mass produced jacket from China that took 2 weeks longer than advertised and that is absolutely awful quality. They also sent me the wrong size but expect me to pay for return postage and have the audacity to ask me what size I usually wear even though it states on the product to order a size bigger for an oversized fit.

Would rate them a 0 if I could, cowboy company. Reporting to trading standards.
