Absolutely shocking experience with this “company.” I ordered the £40 “mystery box” and expected it to be shipped within the timeframe given, now almost over a month later and I am yet to receive the item despite emailing customer services numerous times, a couple of those times I was given a response and told my order was on its way to me, however tracking information is non existent and it just states that no delivery attempt has been made. I am now no longer even getting a response from the “company” which has led me to believe that it is non other than a scam. Really wish I’d read reviews beforehand. Please AVOID at all costs and save yourselves getting ripped off massively.

I wish I had red the reviewers before I order from them. What a shocking retailers. I was so exited when I found this sight I was even sending it to allot of my friends because we'll have the vintage clothing in common. I order some stuff from them and it never arrived, tracking did not work and I could not get through to them to save my life. I had to report it through pay pall and still they don't respond through the resolution centre. Shocking customer service and would deffo no longer recommend. It's deffo put put my friend who I recommend off. It's just a shame I had to have the bad experience first.wil be reporting to trading standards.

Worst experience i’ve had shopping online. Took a month and a half to arrive and the clothes were shockingly bad. One nike jumper two sizes too small and the rest were random brands like an american customer service company. Don’t give these scammers any money please.

Bought the £100 pound mystery box with 24 hour shipping… on wednesday 9th and it arrived yesterday, the 20th November. Listed as “Grade A” quality and brands, everything is stained and washed out. Obviously expected a little wear due to them being second hand, but there’s no brands in here that i’ve even heard of, the whole box must only come to about 20 quid in a charity shop. I usually charity shop for my vintage clothes and thought I’d give this a try. Can’t get a refund even though they’re stained with what looks like something that came out of a great time…
Absolutely awful customer service and awful clothing. Will be washing thoroughly to get the stains out in the hopes I can donate.

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I have had to give.
Sent me items which were unsatisfactory and not correct size. I agreed to a like for like exchange. 31 days after I had returned said box I finally got another box. To my horror the contents were ripped and worn and overall completely unsatisfactory.

I was then told I couldn’t get a refund even though the goods were faulty, damaged and against consumer rights act.
They then blocked me in the middle of trying to sort out this issue.

The service is abysmal, slow and nothing short or shocking. Horrific!!

Bought the mystery box for items that should have had minimum value of £70. Received two washed out looking jumpers one with a stain on the front and as was on a deal no returns accepted. Avoid like the plague!

Ordered on the 26/10/2022, with ‘next day delivery’

Order has still not arrived as I write this. 3x emails have been sent asking where my order was and have received with 3x generic emails received back stating that my order has been dispatched. They have also provided a Royal Mail tracking that does not work and will only work ‘when the item has attempted to be delivered’ not very useful tracking then… Avoid this at all costs. I can’t implore people enough, it is a SCAM. Currently going through my bank now to reclaim the money back.

Do not buy the mystery boxes total waste of money took 3 weeks to get my parcel and when it came I was very disappointed nothing ‘grade A’ about there vintage clothing £120 I spent and I’d be suprised if the value was over £50 ridiculous would not recommend MASSIVE SCAM

Wish I’d paid a visit to trust pilot before I placed an order 🙄 I would give negative one if possible! Not only due to the product, but service I received after receiving said product. They’re clearly intentionally trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes with their mystery boxes, and get rid of stock nobody wants. I’m sure once in a blue moon someone actually gets a decent box if they’re lucky enough to be the right size and gender for their good quality items; but me being a size large probably prevented that. Deceiving marketing clearly to draw people in with the mention of reputable brands such as Nike and North Face that people will get exited over, only to be sent sweatshirts that wouldn’t even be sold in a charity shop. Decided to leave a polite but honest comment on IG under the post that sucked me in, not to be a dick, literally just to be transparent for anyone considering purchasing. Expected my comment to be deleted, but discovered 5 mins later that they had blocked me entirely,
which to me just proves my point that they’re trying to get one over on people. I have been into their physical store, found great items and had a great shopping experience; but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Hello to whoever their social media manager is who didn’t realise blocking me would just bring out my petty. I had time today 👋🏽

Awful! Sent wrong sizes and dirty clothes, every time I had to pay for postage which cost a lot after 4x returns. Absolutely nothing like the advertisement or what was shown on their website. Waste of time and money

If I could I would give this company 0. Ordered the £40 mystery box, received items with brands I have not even heard of and in bad conditions when they clearly state the items to be “Grade A” condition. The “48Hour” delivery took over a week. I don’t understand how they are not ashamed of themselves for selling such awful clothes and scamming people. I wouldn’t even give this to a homeless man. I will try to get a refund for false advertising and if they do not give me one I will go through my bank. DO NOT BUY.

Order 2 £60 mystery box 2 days ago said express delivery 24 hours these still haven’t turned up I’ve emailed messaged on Facebook and instagram and also messaged on there online chat I’ve had no reply what so ever!

Same as what everyone else is saying. KEEP AWAY! Got the £60 mystery box, on arrival it was awful. Was advertised as A* grading, well they obviously don’t know their alphabet as it was more like Z. The Mens box had a ladies jacket 🤯in which looked like it had been used for mucking out stables, T-shirt was all frayed, everything was just terrible. Refused a refund and told they would exchange and it would be personally dealt with by someone, a manager (I assume) etc. the next one arrived about 2 weeks later and was pretty much the same. AWFUL. Supposedly worth £125 🤣🤣🤣 I’ve listed the one sellable items of the 4 on Vinted and I’m struggling to get £5.00 for it. My advise…….STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!

Mystery box I ordered came with items dirty with hair on it and also items came ripped so unwearable they didn’t want to give a full refund so had to get an exchange which I’m not keeping my hopes up for. Would not recommend

Bought the £60 mystery box and it just had terrible items in it. I waited over a week for what was supposed to be a 48 hour service. All in all, a terrible experience. They claim the items in my mystery box collectively added up to £125 when it’s certainly more like £20. Don’t trust them, it’s a scam.

I bought the £60 Mystery Box and it wasn’t sealed properly so the necklace fell out during transportation. The white hoodie was stained and it all looks charity shop and low quality. It’s my mistake for buying it. What a waste of money
