I love my corset! It fits perfect and looks great! Do keep in mind that this item is handmade so it’s going to take a few months before it is delivered. Mine took about 4 months, but it was definitely worth it!

I love the selection. And I love the product. This is my third corset and it's wonderful.

However, the service and shipping are not great. It took five months to get the corset with no communication in between.

This website continously rips people off. I ordered a dress in December 2019, it needed to be returned so I mailed it back and was given site credit, not a refund. I made an order using the credit, almost 2 YEARS later, literally 2 years, no exaggeration, they sent nothing on the order I placed. Instead I had random items I didn't select with one still pending on the website. No one answers emails or the chat store, 100$ waste.

My order took almost 2 months to get to me. The item specifically said ready to ship, so silly me assumed that it was ready to ship and when I wrote the company customer service a month after I ordered, I never got a response. The second time I emailed customer service I then got a confirmation that my item has been shipped. I ordered on January 28, 2024 and I did not get my order until March 22, 2024.

Shipping took to long. Over a month before it was delivered.

EXCESSIVE delivery time (6+ weeks) with NO communication.

The corset is Beautiful!!!! Worth the very long wait to receive the corset.
I have a problem with the site due to not being able to contact anyone. I had sent several emails without a response. That made me very nervous about purchasing and I’m happy I did

I finally got my order after waiting for over 2 months! Tried multiple times to get a hold of the company to see what the delay was and no response. I will be hesitant to order from them in the future.

They did not answer my emails and their phone line is disconnected. Shipping took 2 weeks longer than estimate and the product was not locally made as was the impression from the website.

It took well over 6 weeks to get and my 3 attempts to contact them were ignored. It came 2 days ago, a wk after I needed it for an Alice Cooper show. It is SO small I don’t think it would fit most children. I will have to return. Bummed.

Shipping times on the website are vague. CS is quick to reply unless you have an issue or are unsatisfied, then there is no response.

Very nice quality. It does take some time to receive your corset. It is worth the wait! We will order from Violet Vixen again.

I always love the quality and fit of this company's clothing. However, it takes several months to arrive and seems to only do so once several requests are made as to its whereabouts. I would recommend this product as the outfits are beautiful. But I would recommend ordering at least4-6 months in advance of any event you are planning in order to reduce stress.

Took 3 months to get here. The corset smells horrible and both the hair clips arrived broken. 0/10 do not recommend.

Website is very up front on shipping time, very much appreciated. Great quality and shipped with care. My daughter loves her new coffin with bats shelf. Thank you highly recommend

Great product, fits perfectly absolutely love it!

Ordered and paid for over $250 worth of merchandise. Never recieved a single thing and was given excuses when emailing customer service, then just got no response and was never refunded or recieved what I paid for. Can't believe this company even has a website still with how many thousands and thousands of dollars its scammed out of people.

I just hope they finally get sued

I ordered my corset in the middle of January and got it by the beginning of April. If you’re needing a corset for an event order months ahead of time. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the quality of the product seems good. I’m breaking in my new corset right now. It will look great under my wedding dress. In the future I hope to purchase more corsets from the Violet Vixen.

Skirt and corset are way too big. They do not match the sizing guide on the website. Company is awful with communication. Emails were not responded too until a PayPal report was made. Tried to file an exchange for my items to a smaller size, but the page will not load. And don't even try calling the phone number on the website, no one ever answers and the voicemail box is full.
