I've ordered other things from else where during covid like all throughout and this is like my second pick on the disappointment list

I had a delayed shipment and emailed cutsomer service to see about the status. The customer service agents are amazing. They got me a different item and sent it out almost immediately. I got it in just a few days and they even sent a little bonus item inside. Great experience and even though the first shipment was delayed yhey more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend this site and will most likely be ordering again. Thank you so much for the extra time, care, and attention!

Great products and fairly smooth transaction. Would have liked a shipping update or to have gotten a notification that my item had shipped since it was in limbo for so long being a UK product. That’s really my only complaint.

If I could give 0 I would. I never received my $80 order. Nor a refund.

I'm giving this 3 stars because when I finally received my product it was great! The responding to customer questions/inquiries though is awful! I emailed...No response at all. I tried the chat...again...absolutely zero response..I was beginning to think it was a scam. Normally companies will respond within a day or two. In 3 weeks I heard nothing..I guess, at least the product I ordered that was a now late Christmas gift for my daughter turned out nice...but if you want a response from them don't hold your breath.

Ordered a gift for Christmas 1 month before, and received it a month later after Christmas. Horrible customer service, no communication.

The item was good but took months to be delivered

Horrible. Placed my order on 12/3/21. Received confirmation. and then absolutely no communication after that. Today is 12/21/21. I have emailed them 10 times by now and even used their what seems to be fake chat outlet. no response there. Obviously this is a fake site and they don't conduct real business-just take your money.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY WILL BE STOLEN.

While I eventually got my product, it took nearly 2 months and a threatening message just to get any semblance of info. I ordered on October 6th, and it just came in yesterday on November 29th. I didn't get a single response to any emails. I only got a shipping notification the say I sent the chat on the 22nd, and no reply to said chat either btw. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I doubt it'll be the last. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again.

When I ordered I didn't realize how short the corset was I have an identical corset in red and black but wanted a solid black one so I ordered. It's definitely alot shorter than my other one which sucks cause I have a long torso but I'll make it work. A bit pricey for this mistake but still very pretty.

Take my advice and NEVER buy from this website. A YEAR ago now I ordered an expensive backpack and still haven't received it. The worst part was the customer service. I got an email back only twice in all this time, they've ignored me since. I've tried calling the business, tried their live chat, even tried getting help through the BBB. They quite litterly took my hard-earned money, and ignored me. My package was never shipped to begin with, which is most concerning. I've never gotten shipping info or updates, a refund, or even a response. Violet Vixen is garbage and if you look at these reviews and their complaints on the BBB, you'll know it's a mistake to order anything.

Took forever to receive my package. And then it was delivered to the wrong address.

I made an online purchase via PayPal several months ago for a photo shoot. I received an order confirmation, but the order was never shipped out. I repeatedly tried to contact them about the status of my order and never got contacted. The photo shoot has long passed, and my order is still sitting without being shipped. I lost over a hundred dollars, and feel like I got robbed. I like to support local businesses, but this is absolute theft.

It has been 14 months since I placed my order and I never received it. The customer service is terrible. I placed an order from there because my friend had such a good experience with them and the corset she ordered was amazing. But I have had the complete opposite experience.

Item not worth I paid for, over priced. Communication is horrible!

My problem with what I ordered from Violet Vixen is that it took forever... it was like something out of wish.com and it shouldn't have taken that long

Ordered a corset about a year ago. Had their hefty take and wait time, but when the product came it was a third party $15 corset. They allowed for the return at store credit has been about eight months since confirmed return still no credit. Have reached out several times across all platforms with no help.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered from them July 2020 and it’s now September 2021 and they still have refused to send me my order and they refuse to refund me. They only offer store credit and I don’t want store credit from scum. I called them out in their social media Facebook page and they blocked me and will no longer talk to me at all in regards to my purchase. They are scammers 100%. And they know what they are doing is wrong. Do not waste your time taking a chance at having these people steal your money. They do not care about the customer or the product. They only care about your cash.

Absolutely love the corset I received. It fit as perfectly as it could on my body (slightly lacking in the chest and hip areas). I like the amount of friction/hold in the laces. When tightening it up, the laces stay where you've pulled them to if you release tension. Definitely helps if you want to put it on yourself. Just makes it a little more difficult to remove solo.

Also loved the panties I got in the same color. When I first ordered I selected the wrong size, and customer service told me they'd make the change. Seems that note got lost when production slowed down, and I got the original size ordered. Luckily, it ended up being the right size - if they had corrected it as I requested, then I would've ended up with something 2 sizes too big!

Took quite a bit longer than I expected - ordered in December 2020 and received in September 2021 - but very forgivable considering covid factors. I am a little disappointed that the two emails I sent within that time frame asking about my order status went completely unanswered.
