Literally one of the worst clothing companies I've worked with. Promoted an item was in stock and would only take 3-6 days to ship. Contacted them 2x after a week, once went unresponded. The other time they said the order would be shipped in 1-2 days guaranteed. Item never came, I went to PayPal to try and get my stolen money back for a product that never arrived. They managed to send in a tracking number which invalidated my refund and the package has yet to arrive! I lost over 100 dollars to this worthless, skeezy company. I suggest never purchasing and go to daisy corsets for your corset needs. thanks

It took 4 months for my items to be shipped and by then I had moved to a new address, I tried contacting you guys about it through email, phone, chat support via the website, and Instagram and still the resolution was not solved and my item came to California and was returned to sender because I’m not at the old address!!! So that’s just a mess up you guys have to pay for now just a big ol waste of everyone’s time

If I could give zero stars I would. Violet Vixen was difficult to do business with. My order took over 2 months to be delivered, way past the date I needed it. Violet Vixen did not respond to my phone calls or emails until I said I was going to contact credit card company to reverse the charge. When I finally did get a response, they said my product would get shipped in a week. I said I wanted to cancel my order as I needed it 2 months ago. They said I could not cancel because it was past the 24 hours from when I ordered. It sure was, it was 2 months past. I would never do business with them again.

Product took over a full month to ship and customer service stopped communicating with me. I had to open a claim with PayPal and the BBB and hassle them on Facebook before it shipped.
They will never send your items and wont refund your money.
I placed my order September 15, 2020. My order has never shipped. As of April, the last time they responded to a message, they had no idea when my order would ship. They will not give a refund.
Aug 24, 2021- I opened a case against them with the BBB the same day I originally posted (Aug 10) and they have not responded.

Very late delivery
The umbrella is nice but it took a very long time to be delivered from date ordered. I needed it for a photoshoot & it arrived at least over a month later. Needless to say I was not able to use it for the purpose I purchased it for. Now I have an extra umbrella and on the bright side, it’s very cool looking.
Terrible quality and wrong colours
It took two months for the parcel to arrive and it came different from what I've ordered. Also, they're not genuine at all! Actually, they are not real leather and the sneakers hurt my feet. I simply cannot use it.
I've asked for refund, as they've sent me the wrong ones, and after exhaustively and frustrating e-mail exchanges with them I finally gave up and decided to post a review with my experience. Do not buy from them! Ever!

I sent a email regarding my package that I received, it was the wrong item and I still haven’t heard a response about whether sending it back to receive the correct item or to just get a full refund.
Unresponsive customer service
The customer service at Violet Vixen is terrible. I placed an order from some jewelry and T-shirt on 04/16/20. Almost 11 weeks later I have still not received any confirmation that the order has shipped. I have been unable to get a response either via the website customer chat or via email as to what is causing the delay or when to expect my order.

Only thing stopping me from giving 1 star is that the product actually showed up at all. Delivery and shipping: Terrible, ordered end of April for my wifes birthday, shows up June 28th. And it showed up with the brim bent inside of a poorly packaged box. Communication: zero, I tried to email in an inquiry, and got the simple response, "item is on order, should get an update shortly." and then after having to shamefully explain to my wife that I ordered the hate she was dying for, and it hasn't arrived, she called and after being on hold for 10-15 minutes was told it is on backorder and due to it coming from the U.K. it would be a few more weeks." Seems like someone should have been ahead of the curve and emailed that shortly after the order. Product: looked cool, but again, poorly packaged so it showed up with a bent/curved brim. Currently trying to press it flat, but after the ridiculous shipping times, we would rather deal with a less then perfect hat than wait several more months to have one show up just as damaged or worse.

The listed time for package arrival was off by 2 months. When I tried to contact customer service to cancel the order as it was no longer going to arrive when listed, I was unable to reach anyone nor did I receive a response.
The vest I purchased is beautiful, but unfortunately is not cut to fit a cup size smaller than a C with a "medium" torso (size 8).
Great customer service and response.
Aside from the two month wait, due to a covid based supply error, I am very happy with these boots and the service. When I emailed my concerns, I received a response within an hour. I appreciate that. Three days later I had my boots! Thank you!
It took longer than they said it would…
It took longer than they said it would to ship and every time I emailed about it it took them a week to email back and when I finally got the corset the first time I try it on the zipper broke
Not buying from the Violet Vixen ever again
Took forever to send the shoes and ignored most of my messages, made me think I was being scammed. The shoes were PERFECT, but the whole thing left a bad experience for me. Never buying from the Violet Vixen again, and will not recommend it to my friends and family. Before buying something from them, people should check the BBB page about the Violet Vixen, lots of bad reviews 😬
Ordered a corset back in Nov of 2020
Ordered a corset back in Nov of 2020, it is now June almost July of 2021 and I have to receive it. I went ahead and put in a complaint with the BBB, when I enquired about my shipment back in March I was told it was supposed to be in the next shipment and would hear back from them about it, also that they have a policy that they do not issue a refund or cancel an order after 24 hours the order is placed, which seems pretty crappy to me. I have sent multiple emails trying to get a status of my order and I have heard nothing in return.
3 months later still no delivery or updates
Purchased the mug in early March for a friends birthday gift, it’s now mid June and not only have I not received the mug nor any order status updates even after emailing the the company multiple times.
Worst Return Policy and Communication
I ordered two jackets, one for a gift and one for myself in November of last year. Understanding that the pandemic was causing some issues with shipment, I was more than patient but the company was horrible with any semblance of communication. I waited for a month before receiving any notification, another two months before a shipment notification of one of the jackets (mine), and then longer for the final notification that the second jacket (gift) was no longer able to be shipped. By this point, the recipient's birthday had passed and I was offered store credit for an online shop that was anything but helpful. I will say customer service was polite but crappy service with a smile is still crappy service. I opted to use the store credit to purchase a few necklaces my gift recipient liked and then waited for another two months as they were finally shipped and delivered, incomplete. Two weeks later I received the final package and can honestly say I will never use this site again.
