This took months for a reply no item and i paid i l demanded a refund n nothing still no item not my money!

Took six(6) months to receive order, and it wasn't even what I ordered.

Total incompetence.
I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

The corset I ordered was lovely. However it took 6monthsto arrive and customer service was extremely unhelpful.

They answered every question and inquiry i had on my orders in a timely and polite fashion. Will absolutely order from them again because they really care about what they do.

Im still waiting on shoes I order in February

Took MONTHS to get my products!! Literally months. I purchased 3 items and each item was shipped separately. I purchased the products mid-January and I finally got my last product a few weeks ago (Beginning of May). They tried to blame the Texas freeze saying it delayed everything by two weeks. If the products were only a few weeks late...okay....but months?!?! No thank you. Terrible company, horrible customer service, bad professionalism through emails, not worth the headache. Will NEVER order from them again.

This is a beautiful corset!! It is well made and they have a wonderful customer service.

I ordered back in late December and finally got it start of May. I get Texas had unprecedented weather this winter. And delays due to Covid but it's going to be mid-late May before I get my order. When I placed my order it said 28-30 business days. Not 4+ months.

Every time I ask about an update another 3 weeks. Tried to call and their mailbox is full. I do not recommend this company at all.

Finally received my order after 5 months. I emailed customer service after about a month and a half and they informed me they had just reopened production( which they should have said on their website that it was closed) so I waited another 2 months(I got a corset and 4-6 weeks was the time for production) emailed again and didn’t get a real answer for two more weeks after I emailed again. I could forgive this as covid struggles, but the product itself is not the color I ordered and there is no curvature to the pattern pieces so it just makes me look like a meat tube. I gave 1 star because it does seem well built, however I won’t be wearing it. I wasn’t sent a packing slip so now I have to see how I can go about returning it.

I got an email APRIL 28th that an order had been shipped that I ordered DECEMBER 14th! I'd completely forgotten I'd ordered anything! There was no follow up about it being delayed or anything. I asked for a refund or something, but they couldn't because it had been shipped and also don't give refunds after 24 hours of ordering.

They didn't even give an apology.

Bad customer service, and when I messaged them (multiple times) I didn't anything back. Only after did I send them an email did I get a tracking number for my order

It took over a month to receive my order. I was told they were having a hard time with shipments. I understand that, but I had to reach out to them in regard to the delay. I finally received the boots yesterday, they are beautiful.

Wonderful costumer service. Fast and honest replies about current production delays due to COVID backup. I’ve had multiple good experiences with Violet Vixen- just a heads up to anyone new- handmade pieces take longer than you might think. ;) But they’re worth the wait.

I placed 2 orders from Violet Vixen on Nov. 22, 2020 and have not received my orders yet. When I sent them emails to ask about the status of my orders they replied their warehouse is backed up fulfilling orders due to COVID. They had to close their warehouse to keep their staff safe. That's understandable but I haven't had issues with any other company similar to VV. I've received products from China that were ordered after my order date with VV. I will NEVER order from Violet Vixen again. Especially after reading all the other horrible reviews. I'll be lucky to receive any product at this point.

It took 6 and 1/2 months to receive a product. Very disappointed in that fact. The products however was awesome.

Well the message system needs work.
I ordered a pair of steampunk boots, and they are coming completely off the platform in the toe. The box was crushed and dusty. I'm a little disappointed.

I never received the product I purchased 3 months ago.

If I could, I would give 1/16 of a star. There is NO POINT shopping with "Violet Vixen." I paid for an item on Sept. 6, 2020, and received it on April 1, 2021. BUT only AFTER I made posts on ALL the social media networks warning "Buyer BEWARE."
Now, about the item itself- HUGE mistake. No, seriously! It is WAY TOO BIG for me! I have a 30" waist and 38" hips. So, naturally, when I purchased the Liliana's Cache Holster Waistbelt, I chose the "Regular 32-36 Inch Waist". When I FINALLY receive 'it,' a tag on the item reads "SIZE 26-30". IDK WHO did the sizing, but the ACTUAL measurement is 41.5"-49.25"!!!
Wait. It gets better. I go BACK to the Violet Vixen website only to find- THEY DON'T HAVE THE ITEM LISTED- AT ALL!!! AND, they do NOT refund anything- other than for "store credit." Sorry. I WON'T be wasting any more time with them!
