Lack of communication left me waiting…
Lack of communication left me waiting for a watch that did not arrive.
contacted T.W.C. several times to be told at the end that the item was not available.
received apologize with a promise of a refund (not yet received).
Very disappointing. The watch was supposed to be a present for my grandson's birthday.

I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations but as we explained, the 100 year old trench watch your wanted to buy for £750 did not pass our quality control and so we simply couldn't give our usual 12 months mechanical guarantee .I have also checked our records and can see your refund was processed the same day .Please let me know if you didn't receive it and I will chase the credit card company for you

Tonys defensive reply to my honest feedback
Tony agreed a deal with me on a Rolex 5513 and then after asking for passport ID and arranging a meeting at his home to pay for the watch.....went back on his agreement and relisted the item stating he had misunderstood my offer of £16500 !!!
Tony has been in the watch business far to long to make such a basic mistake !!
TONY HAS REPLIED TO MY POST :
The facts are that Tony sent me a text message pulling out of our deal and cancelling our meeting at his home stating he wasn't prepared to pay Ebay seller charges !!! He could have picked up the phone to explain, but decided not to even though he had my mobile number, he even called me Alan in his email when my name is Andy.
At no time did he send me his phone number to make contact.
There is always a very defensive response to Tonys negative feedback. Sometimes even you get things wrong Tony.... and please stop messaging me on my phone regarding my feedback.......
I give honest feedback and I'm happy to post your text message sent to me pulling out of our deal if you continue to make untruthful comments.
Sometimes you might use constructive feedback to build on your business.. . .not bad mouth someone who was prepared to spend £16500 with you.......

I am prepared to accept that occasionally in business you meet people that want to sit behind a key board and portray events differently than the realty of a situation and I am also thankful that the many hundreds of positive reviews I have on every global platform allow my clients past and present to make an informed judgement of my dealings with clients .
