Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Made me feel as though what I was asking for was ridiculous after spending $1200 on seat covers I did not expect there to be 4 big holes at the seams, where sand and food can all get through onto the actual seats defeats the purpose of having seat covers with 3 kids.

Hi Alison, I am rather surprised to hear of your feedback as we strive to go the extra mile.
The holes in the seams of the cover are required as they provide access to the ISOFIX lugs that tether child seats in a fast and efficient manner. We are able to close these openings for you via Hook and Loop ( velcro) tape.
If you would like to action this change kindly return the cover to the reseller where the covers were bought and we'll handle the rest, please do not return the cover till Friday 5th January.

Fasteners for front seat could be…
Fasteners for front seat could be better. Not much securing for sides of seat. I have to to keep tucking sides back into place when getting in and out of car

Ranger raptor next gen seat cover
These covers are really well made but were a little tricky to fit. The ranger raptor’s underseat wiring and electronics make it almost impossible to get the velcro straps across under the base. Headrest covers were unnecessarily tight. All that said these are excellent quality and feel for the price and the stitching + exposed raptor logo makes these the best available raptor seat cover on the market.

Hi Naz, thank you for taking the time to review our Raptor covers. The fastening velrco on the underside can be a little tricky, were the seats lifted to the highest possible position? This tip certainly helps to see under the seat and navigate around all the bits and pieces under there. Re Headrest covers, the best way to fit this part is to turn them inside out, cup them to the top of the headrest and roll them down. In the future please remember we are here for after sales service, everytime.

Love the covers
Love the covers, they look amazing, almost as good as a stock seat... the only thing that could be better is it is quite tricky to fit the rear seat covers, and took a fair bit of time. If there was an easier way to fit them that would be perfect!
