Great delivery time
Great delivery time, safely wrapped and delivered on a pallet, great customer service, phone call before dispatch to make sure the measurements and accessories were right. Very pleased with the bathtub works great.

Doesn’t get any better!
When calling to find out more about the products in order to establish which would best suit me and my wife I was looked after by the wonderful Amanda whose knowledge of the products is only surpassed by her fantastic approach to her work.
She could not have been more helpful and patient with me (first time buying a whirlpool bath) as she explained the products and what they did. She made the whole experience a pleasure with her excellent manner and positive attitude - best sales person I have encountered for a very long time!
As a consequence I placed my order with her without hesitation and feel very confident that I have selected the right bath for us and very much look forward to getting it installed.
Thanks to Amanda who is a real credit to the Business, whatever they are paying you it is not enough!

Was worth the extra cost , well packaged and delivered when they said it would be , kept me up to date all the way through the build of the bath , and am very particular, great friendly staff , very very helpful, would highly recommend the the Bath shop thankyou ever so much kind regards mark
