Zero stars should be an option. Ordered “in stock” items. Paid $138US for express international shipping for 2 bottles which cost $50US. It’s been 3 weeks. No updates. No responses. Order is still “waiting for details”.
They do not respond to emails. There is no phone to reach them. Scam. Beware!

Good website and order process
Good website and order process. Only thing I would have preferred would be for the bottle to be sent as signed for. As it didn't need a signature it was simply left outside the house because we were out, not great for a valuable glass package.
Overall would be happy to use the Whisky Reserve again.

My delivery was supposed to be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, as I paid extra for that service. However, it was sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 instead, and as a result, it did not arrive on time when I needed it.
