Process was easy, and the price I received was extremely fair.

I sold my tablet (Galaxy S7+) and was offered $120. It was in perfect condition and the SPen working. However, when The Whiz Cells recevied it, surprisingly, the SPen was no longer working. As a result, they changed their offer to $60.

The Whiz is a highly deceptive and predatory company with a documented history of fraud. Numerous reviews expose their recurring scam tactics. I experienced this firsthand. If you have been manipulated by this company or quoted a much higher price than you recieved please share in the reviews. I will have my team reach out soon to everyone here regarding a possible class action lawsuit.. I don't believe anyone recieves the amount that is promised to them and the fact that so many people's phones seem to become defective or damaged during "shipping" is criminal.

They initially offered $480 for my S23 Ultra, which was in great condition, merely labeling it as "good" instead of "like new." After a prolonged wait, they revised their offer to just $200, falsely claiming the screen was damaged and discolored—a blatant lie, as the screen was near flawless.

Furthermore, they deceitfully invented a story about potential damage during shipping due to the screen being "left on." In reality, the battery was dead when shipped and the wallpaper was dark. If there really is damage it was damaged under their care..

These practices highlight their systematic attempt to exploit customers. I strongly recommend using alternative platforms like eBay to avoid falling victim to their scam.
Like many others on here with a brand new phone they will lower the offer after finding issues that never existed when you had the phone... They'll say it happened during shipping when the phone turned on and burnt the screen. 😂. So your only option is to take a super low offer or your phone back after they broke it.

It took about five days in the mail, but I received my payment the very same day it arrived. They will send you a box and label to ship your device back to them, if needed.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. This company is legit, professional, and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their old devices with peace of mind and a nice payday.

Great company and honest too! I sold them a phone which they said was still locked to ATT so the cut the offer in half. After reaching out with the unlock code i used to unlock the phone they verified that it was unlocked and sent the remaining original offer to my PayPal account. Great to work with and prompt payment.
