Super impressed with this company. Menkind let me down with a life sized Gremlin, contacting me to say the only 2 they still had in stock were damaged, so I searched the internet for another. I'd never heard of Shebang before, so always a bit dubious ordering from a new company but glad I took to risk. I'm now the proud owner of the 71cm tall Gremlin, which arrived in perfect condition in just a few days. Plus it was cheaper than the one I'd originally ordered! He makes the perfect addition to our movie room! Very happy. Thank you!

Customer service is second to none
Ordered three TMNT figures. The Donatello figure had a defect with the hips, making posing nigh on impossible. Matt sent me a return label to send it back and he sent me a replacement out after confirming the issue.
Highly recommended store for action figures. NECA's QC is a bit dodgy.

Prompt Delivery - Excellent Customer Service!
I've been searching for a one-of-a-kind wrestling collectible for quite some time now. I was at my wits' end.
I contacted this business to see if they could help me - I am pleased to report - they had the item in stock and ready to sell.
Item arrived securely and quickly via a trusted delivery courier and said collectible is sitting pretty in my display cabinet. Will definitely use again.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Pre ordered an item almost 5 months ago and no updates were given unless I personally emailed them. After going back and forth with different excuses I've gone through PayPal for a refund and won't be returning in the future.
Edit to reply to the snotty response - I actually emailed on Saturday with no response,not Monday. I'm relieved I cancelled my order now- it seems you don't take well to any criticism

Suppliers are the key here, anyone who collects Mezco will know that items can be delayed we answered all your emails and we would of given you a refund if you asked, but you didnt you went through paypal to get a refund which we accepted straight the way. You emailed Monday opened a case up Monday in the space of a few hours of each other, not giving us much time to answer or tell you that these are on route to us they are here end of next week and we could of shipped your order to you, these are not a UK offered item USA exclusive, hence you can't get it anywhere here. Perhaps before leaving a review because your item didn't come on time you consider why and what caused the delay (tariffs, mezco delaying stock, production issues, supplier shipping etc) and understand the suppliers are the key goal to items arriving on time we can only pass on messages and updates when we get them which is not much unless we chase them - I see you on jump on Trustpilot to give negative reviews only.
*Added * I think the point your missing and seems to be more about a argument for you, than actually taking on what I'm saying is there is never going to be a perfect transaction all the while, especially when you have manufacturers, suppliers, buyers and sellers involved on a chain of one figure line. There is things can go wrong somewhere delays can happen, but being at the end of the chain we get the blame, when it can be someone higher up the chain that has caused the delay or issue - i was just saying consider that before you post a one review about us
* Update as of Monday 10th August this item that was due in is now in stock, as we said it would be just a little later than expected due to suppliers delays, shame it has to go these lengths you are aware we can see who you support on trustpilot lol we will leave it there
