Shocking company
The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. The carrier have confirmed they delivered it to the incorrect address, but The Wholesale Hub are refusing to accept this and will not refund or resend the order. The address the parcel was delivered to is now empty as the tenants have moved out so there is no way of getting the parcel from them. The Wholesale Hub are refusing any responsibility. So now I'm £40 out of pocket, and with no parcel(which was a birthday present) which I paid for.

I ordered 2 boxes of 20 pack McCoy's mexican chilli and the box contained 38 packets instead of 40 and also some of the packet had been squashed air gone from them making them taste bit stale.

Scandalous. Orders never arrived and they refuse to refund
Ordered twice water delivery. Twice it never arrived and because they use Yodel who says they delivered the parcel they refuse to refund or replace my order. That's really outrageous and scandalous. Never buy from TheWholesaleHub. They are really not reliable and accommodating. They don't care about their customers's problems. They take your money and won't help if your goods are not delivered.
