Hi purchased 10 tshirts paid via internet banking, haven't heard a word. Called peter 5 times emailed 4 but no response. Shouldn't take 10 days for something to come from north island. No communication nothing. So now requesting refund so I can purchase from kmart. This order had a decline and you failed it. NOT happy.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered 8 Christmas pajama sets. My order arrive and was missing 2 sets of 2XL. There was no packing slip with the order. Online it did show that they were all sent. I have called numerous times, having to always leave a message. I have yet to receive a return call or any kind of response. It lists 2 numbers, one is disconnected. I’m hoping that this will be resolved soon… but I feel that it may not.

Positive shopping experience
I purchased a "Rose Apothecary" hooded zippered sweatshirt for my wife, and it came as advertised. Good quality, warm without being smothering, she likes it. If there were a way to check shipping and confirm delivery status, this might be a 5-star review. The receipt gave no way to check on the product except via phone or email, and an email response wad not as fast as I had hoped. However, once I received a reply, they were courteous and helpful.

The customer service is FABULOUS!!! I had ordered NATIONAL LAMPOON'S CHRISTMAS VACATION pajamas for the family, and as soon as I hit the order button, I realized that I ordered the wrong ones. I got in touch with customer service right away, and they took care of everything IMMEDIATELY! Communication was great, and I always received a reply to my questions.
The correct pajamas arrived, they look great, and this company has a VERY happy customer!

Great customer service
I ordered matching Christmas pajamas for my family and tracking said they were delivered October 20th but I did not get them. I contacted customer service and they responded very fast and in a couple of weeks I had my Christmas pajamas in my hand and they were even better then the picture on the website.
