Rachael was so helpful
Had our first online meeting ( we were given the choice of face to face) with Rachael this morning. I was quite apprehensive, as aged 66 and 60, this is the first will my husband and I have done. Rachael was so lovely, had real empathy, a touch of appropriate humour and really put me at my ease. The whole process was so much simpler than I thought it would be. Rachael explained things really well and set up a trust and power of attorney ( both health and financial) for my husband and I. The cost was really reasonable when compared to what other companies have quoted and when you consider what the potential cost of not having a will would be.I would recommend Rachel, Zak and the Will guys, they made me feel at ease and it is so good to know that everything is now in place for us , though hopefully we won't need the will for many, many years to come.

I was really apprehensive about doing my will, following the recent passing of my husband. However Gill Hogg at The Will Guys was really friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and put me at ease from the offset. Gill explained everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what I was doing and was really responsive to any questions I had. Nicole was extremely helpful from the start. Appointments were booked around my diary and she explained everything in detail to put me at ease. No hard sell or offering things I didn't need. Nicole is passionate about helping and has so much knowledge, she was very professional throughout and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. My experiences with Keith have always been pleasant, he's very focused and works hard to accommodate peoples needs. Back in April 2021, It took no time at all to go through the full details, and get a will set in place.
It was much easier than trying to sort out a legally binding document alone.

More recently I spoke with him about a will amendment in March this year, and he's always keen to help and advise.

He even took the time to recommend a colleague that dealt with mortgage renewal, and we got an excellent deal sorted promptly, with help from Leanne.
