We were cold called and were open to doing the work but failed to execute the quote when we realized that just one person would be required to do it all on their own with no one even holding the ladder as they needed to climb 3 levels to clean the solar panels. Their quote was way more than another provider who voluntarily supplied their insurance and safety policy. Then this company tried to scam us to be paid for work not done even though we wrote to to confirm we had never booked them as soon as receiving their email saying they had booked in the job which we never accepted.

The tradie was very polite quite thorough and whilst it was a small but challenging job he always kept a smile. Would recommend and use again.

Friendly and a great job everytime

Karma was punctual, efficient and very thorough.
Would definitely use the team again

5 stars all the way! Fantastic job doing external house wash . Friendly ,helpful and very thorough. Great attention to detail and mindful of the possible need to mop up if water seeped in under doors.
Thank you Karma you and your offsider did an excellent job

Thank you so much Karma & Tim for the excellent job you have done at my premises, with the Gutter Cleaning, Complete House Wash, External Window Cleaning & Pressure Cleaning Pathways & Patios.
So Happy with the whole process from start to finish.
Karma & Tim are friendly guys.
Keep Up the Great Job Guys.

I had the pleasure of having Jack and Jackson from the Window Boyz here to clean all our screens and windows inside and out. The boys were on time and did a fabulous job, Nothing was too much trouble. The windows are sparkling clean. I will definitely be making a regular booking, thanks team.

I recently engaged the services of Window Boyz for both pressure cleaning of the driveway and a comprehensive clean of the windows inside and out. I must say, the team delivered a stellar result across the board. The windows, in particular, received some much-needed attention and I can confidently say I’ve never seen them this clean before.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The window tracks were in particularly poor condition, but the team returned to them after the windows had dried, using a vacuum to ensure they were thoroughly cleaned — and the results were fantastic.

Ian was extremely punctual and helpful in guiding me through the process, promptly directing me to their website for booking and obtaining a quote. The entire system is efficient, user-friendly, and clearly well-managed.

I can’t recommend Window Boyz highly enough. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service were outstanding. I will most certainly be using their services again in the future.

The Window Boyz bring the highest quality of professionalism and experience. With excellent value for money, the guys were respectful and kind and would highly recommend.

The Window Boyz directly sprayed the motor of our recently and professionally installed motorised/electric blinds, internal to our verandah, and burnt out the motor. An electrician has confirmed the cause to be direct water infiltration from the Window Boyz house wash. We are thousands of dollars out of pocket. The Window Boyz have refused multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly. In the most recent email Ian called me "pathetic". In addition the Window Boyz were by far the most expensive of all the quotes I received, and they arrived 2.5 hours late due to using an incorrect Gold Coast address for us when we are in Brisbane (noting they did give a 10% discount for this error).

The Office of Fair Trading contacted them on my behalf to try and negotiate a remedy and advised that "unfortunately the trader was unwilling to provide you with a remedy" and ""the OFT cannot force a trader to provide a remedy". They categorically did not agree with the Window Boyz untrue claim that the blinds were installed improperly.

What can we say, these guys really are the best ! Communication throughout , and action on job was impeccable, we won’t be using anyone else again ! We have tried and tested a few different House and Window Cleaners and they are by far the best we have ever had. We can only recommend them 5/5 stars and we would give 10 stars if we could. We had them softwash the house , high pressure clean the pathways and patios, clean the windows inside and out and we are ready for Xmas, thanks so much !

On initial contact cleaning of screens was requested but not included in the quote which was submitted in a written form Cleaning of screens was confirmed verbally at the time of the booking but not done on the day. Do they clean screens???? The quality of the work that was completed was sub-standard, streaky windows, water marks and dirty window sills. The cleaners returned and completed some of the work saying the screens were not included in the quote which I received after the job was completed. I suspect a scam for me to pay more money to do the job properly. I would never recommend this company
and would warn any further clients to be wary.

Absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Window Boyz for window cleaning. Communication from initial quote to follow up after service was brilliant. They were on time, did a fantastic job, clean and tidy and very friendly. Without hesitation I will use these guys again.

Thank you wonder boyz, sorry Window Boys for the excellent job cleaning our windows and screens on Monday. We can now see out of them, didn't realize how dirty they were. You were very efficient in keeping in contact with the whole process. Will most definitely use you guys again. Keep up the good work.
