Our consultant for the wine has a very broad knowledge of the wines he presents.
Very courteous to his clients and explains the wine very well.
We have been a client for this consultant for many years. Having had quite a few consultants this consultant has been excellent and does not push you into buying wine.

The wine itself is really nice, hence why I ordered it again. As for the delivery though, I have to say it is a bit slow. I ordered the wine 11 days ago. Still no sign of it or any update on when it might arrive.

This is not our first delivery and the service is the best

A few years back we went to a free wine tasting with Richard and our palates were open up to some great red wines, giving us a new appreciation for overseas wines. Have been so please to be reintroduce to an old favourite Mullar Thurgar through the Wine Community, a lovely pleasant evening drink with dinner.

Rob is our local rep. He is easygoing whilst remaining professional. He has a great sense of humour, is honest and reliable, he knows the product, the industry and my requirements exceptionally well and is very patient when I defer placing an order for another occasion. In short, Rob is a pleasure to deal with.

My wife and I have been with the wine community since 1995, some 27 years. We have had Beryl our wine representative for the entire time and it’s been tremendous. Beryl has a huge knowledge base which never ceases to amaze me. She knows exactly what my wife and I like and will call to check to see whether we need a top up. The wines are always top quality and priced well compared to what you might get at well known retail outlets. We have also enjoyed the many wine cruises and tastings over the years especially the unique gifts that were handed out at the end of each event. Rob always lets me know when favourite wines are in and on other occasions if the product I would like is not available he manages to find another that is very similar. What a service, answered all my questions and helped me track down a supplier of their wines in the UK as I was after a surprise gift for my Father who was after the red wine Parliament of Owls.
