Ordered a bottle online, they took the money but never sent the bottle, status is stuck on Progressing. I tried to contact the sales team but no answer. HUGE SCAM!

They took the payment but never sent my order confirmation or the goods. I've sent a couple of emails to them to ask about this but both emails remain unanswered.

You’ve credited my account but haven’t sent an email confirmation of the order. No contact from you at all - I sent a support request over the weekend and haven’t had any response back from that either. Now when I go to your website it won’t open the page? Can someone help me please.

Excellent customer service
The support was very helpful although it meant ending the wine glass subscription I'd bought for my partner. Given Fiona was honest, straightforward and prompt in her actions, I'm far more likely to return and try other products from the range at a later date than if she tried to persevere with a product that wasn't right for him. It's a shame this subscription wasn't a good fit, but I read all the reviews before buying it, so the wine list has a good range and is clearly a good bunch to do business with! Thank you Wine List!

Every month we get 2 bottles of wine and every month they have been exceptional and unique

Love the packaging, personal note as well as print communication! Received two Portuguese wines and AL Vinho was a great discovery.

I’m 5 months into my subscription and really enjoying the experience so far. A wonderful selection of wines and a great deal of information provided. I subscribe to the case edition which is a lot of wine, but means that every glass of wine I have at home is a real learning experience, plus there’s plenty for sharing/gifting. Each time I’ve contacted customer services they have been quick to respond and really helpful. Keep up the good work, guys.

I absolutely love this company. They offer an outstanding wine subscription which is so thoughtfully put together and the online wine tastings are fun and incredibly informative.
I had a query around delivery of a box and the response was quick and they had already resolved the issue for me.
At every point, the team have been engaging, genuinely friendly and just a pleasure to be in contact with. Delighted to be part of the Wine List club!

I am retired and have been drinking cheap supermarket wine for years, I never really got into more expensive wines unless someone else served
them to me. So now I can afford to spend a bit more, I had a look at the Wine List. I like the way you can learn more about wine in a practical and entertaining way without having to go through all the "I'm
getting coffee floorboards and wallpaper stuff". It is interesting to see why there is such a wide variety of flavours and the effect that say acidity has on taste.

The Wine List manages to make the tastings interesting and entertaining. They aren't cheap but I was surprised how nice the wines are. I am especially fond of a couple of Bulgarian ones they sent out recently. They spend a lot of effort sourcing wine from smaller producers that have been made with pride, not stuff from a 50,000 litre stainless steel tank. Of course this costs more but it is like the difference between artisan bread and a big bakery

The staff are also friendly helpful and responsive, they are a small company but growing fast and i hope they don't lose this personal contact feel and become like the other big wine box shifters.

We joined Wine List during the first lockdown. It started as a way to stop ourselves from going mad (and getting to drink some great wine at the same time), but it's evolved since then.

We've learnt A LOT from Wine List. They do youtube tastings every month led by isabelle, which are great fun. She really communicates wine in a way which is informing but easy to understand for the beginner. We've also done Zoom tastings before where we tasted 5 vintages of a Provencal rosé producer. It was very informative.

They seem to be constantly doing new htings. They have Whatsapp groups which I've not joined yet – I don't think I'd want to speak up. They launched By The Glass too which one of our friends did and I think there were some problems but fixed now. And they also sell lots of other wines which again we've not ended up doing as they are on the pricier side.

We thought we would do Wine List for a few months and quit out of lockdown but it's become one of the highlights of our month now. 5 stars, we couldn't recommend it enough.

I started my subscription in the first lockdown and I didn't think I would stick with £39 for two bottles of wine every month when the lockdown ended.

However, you get two really different wines each month and the tasting notes and education cards are great. I also like the weekly newsletter that gives good tips on picking up great supermarket wines. I think the company has improved too:
- the YouTube tastings are great. We've joined a few but as they are recorded we've also just watched the right one when we open the bottle at our own leisure.
- You can normally also purchase extra of bottles you like from the shop.
- The customer service from all of the team is great and gone are all the start-up typos in emails.
- Some of the real value comes from the WhatsApp community group you can join. Not only do you get great advice from the team but from other like minded wine lovers.

I think it is a great product with so much potential that I invested during their crowd funding.

There have been hiccups with deliveries for different reasons and the team have written about how they're trying to improve that and the customer experience is always spot on at dealing with any queries. There's also the odd thing where because the company is still a small start-up, and is trying lots of things, some things don't quite seem complete like the online version of the education course. I think these things will come together with the passion they are putting in to the business and they will be 5 stars very soon.

Interesting & unusual wines on offer. Great for introducing you to new wine areas. Knowledgeable and yet at accessible level to new wine lovers. Great customer service at a time when dealing with actual people is becoming rare.

Great customer service and the weekly emails are fantastic for learning more about wine.

Had an order delay, prioritised and sent one immediately and offered discount on next month. Great service!

Amazing personal service; so much effort goes into the boxes and the information that goes around them. Great variety of wine and we’ve liked all of them so far. We’ve enjoyed the experience of rating the wines and learning about wine tasting along the way. Great value for money too!
