Great service within the store. Great selection and choices of floors. Highlight of the whole new wooden floor experience was Stuart and John. They are the guys who fitted the floor. Two tradesmen who know all about laying a floor. They were brilliant. The finished job is a work of art. Definitely ask for Stuart and John.

Brad, the store manager at the Cheadle Hulme branch, supplied excellent flooring material at a very competitive price. More importantly, he kept on top of his communication with us as the customer throughout the sale and post-sale. He assisted us with finding another excellent joiner to do the floor-fitting once we realised that Brad's go-to fitter should cancel the work due to an emergency. I was in the midst of moving house to our new-built property. Fast forward, with the good work delivered by Brad and the alternative joiner/wooden-floor fitter who Brad recommended, we've been enjoying using the quality wooden floor in our house which Brad's competitors in South Manchester almost definitely could not have delivered (at least for the budget we had).

Delivered as promised on the 9th May. Fantastic product, superb quality. One sausage of glue had popped where it got squished during transit, it happens! Spoke to sales team, replacement already in post!

Delivery issues

we ordered Herringbone flooring from the Nottingham store. The whole experience from start to delivery was very smooth and a great experience. Would like to Thank especially John who was very helpful with advice, selecting the product and delivery. Perfect customer service ! In future, we will use the shop again.

What a fantastic store (Belfast), I called in for advice, I was unsure which type of floor I wanted.as I was putting a new floor throughout the ground floor. Angus the sales assistant was very helpful, professional and courteous he showed me the different types of herringbone floors, explaining the difference in the woods etc. He gave me samples to try at home before deciding on a colour etc. At no point did I feel rushed etc. The price was excellent but above all the customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company

Absolutely first class service from Jonny and the team, delighted with the floor. They went above and beyond for me and wouldn’t go elsewhere for a floor now!

And their fitter Peter is a master of his craft, layed the floor so fast and left absolutely no mess and a brilliant finish! Turned up exactly when he said he would and done an amazing job!

After ordering a sample I got a call from the Paisley Branch who were following up and were so helpful with ideas and advice. They are going to follow up with me next week to see if they can help further.

Cannot praise Alan enough, he talked us through the pros and cons of each flooring type for our older property. Stress free experience and the goods are being delivered this weekend.

Over the last two weekends we've had the pleasure of dealing with Alan at the Hillington branch. Our visit was to explore our options and the knowledge of products and exceptional advice provided was second to none. He made the experience for two normally very indecisive people a whole lot easier! We left with a couple of samples and took the week to deliberate before calling in to place our order. Once again, Alan dealing eloquently and informatively with the questions we had and fully explained the next steps. We would highly recommend.
