Super helpful and really knowledgeable! I also really value that they put the amount of stock that they are currently holding on the website, as it makes it really easy to see whether you can get everything you need. I also loved that they offered next day delivery - this was so appreciated!

We do say that the samples can take up to 5 working days to arrive with you, so hopefully you have received it now. I would just like to thank the team at The Wood Flooring Co for the exceptional service from the start right to the very end. It really was a stress free process.
The samples came nice and quickly and then when I decided on the Penzance oak that to came speedily.
Overall I’m extremely pleased with the whole experience and the end result and quality of the engineered wood, it looks superb.
