I love my wool comforter!
This comforter is great quality and the perfect weight and warmth. I purchased the light weight version. I tend to run hot when sleeping and the light weight is plenty warm, even on cold Wisconsin winter nights. It’s slightly heavier than my down-filled comforter and not as fluffy, but still very cozy. Definitely a keeper!

Poor customer service
Total lack of communication about delivery of mattress. Ordered on 18th March. Requested and paid for pick up of old mattress. Courier were not even sure what they were picking up when they arrived. Took away mattress on 30th March. New one not delivered until May 11th when I was not at home. Phoned and emailed the Woolroom many times with very little follow up. Very disappointed in their customer service. Cannot comment on the quality of the goods yet.

The wool pillow is wonderful
The wool pillow is wonderful! After years of sleeping on feathers and down, I developed allergies. With my wool pillow, I'm sleeping great and waking up refreshed without watery eyes. I love that I'm able to add it remove wool to make it fit me perfectly. Woolroom has great customer service and will quickly respond to any issues or questions.

Ordering, shipping and delivery was fast and easy.
This is our second wool comforter. I have one and my daughter has one. We keep them inside cotton duvet covers so they don’t get stains. They are incredibly comfortable, and temperature regulating! This blanket always keeps me warm…and keeps my daughter cool. It’s the last comforter I’ll ever buy.

The products are amazing and can't fault the quality.
The problem i have are the studs that join the duvets.As you pull up the cover they pull apart. When single you feel the poppers through a quality duvet cover.These should be along the side and ties at the top for comfort.It really irritates me . It is the only thing that spoils a superb purchase.

Ordered beautiful 2 single wool divan…
Ordered beautiful 2 single wool divan beds with full empty storage underneath in February and they were delivered in March. These beds are lovely quality but discovered damage inside one of them. Phoned and emailed to customer services and they have ment to get back to us. Nearly 2 months of waiting and no reply. Just little bit disappointed with their customer service.

Disappointed in product but the return process was OK
I was rather unhappy with the product (wool mattress topper, was several inches too small) but the support was helpful and did process my return eventually, took quite a while though. Staff was helpful in replying to emails promptly so if there is a product that seems good to you, I would definitely give them a shot in the future.

The mattress is great
The mattress is great! The protector came three weeks after so a couple mattress buttons detached in that time but they made it right in the end. I would order from them again.

One sleep and I'm hooked.
I ordered a light duvet for the summer months to go under a patchwork quilt.
I was kept informed of my order tracking, and the item arrived in two days. Really well packaged in a recyclable cardboard box and then in a linen bag with handles for storage.
It's of beautiful quality and well-made. I was a little worried as the weather had turned a bit colder but I was warm enough and slept really well.
Fantastic product - thank you.
I will be ordering pillows.
