Paid 180 Euro, didnt eccept damaged delivery, noone reacts on mails, i even dont think this company exists!!!

I ordered lights on the 6th July and have heard nothing, I cant get a response from the chat box and the phone says mail box full....terrible DO NOT USE!!!

Just received a chair after one week and realised it's different that the one I ordered. No contact with customer service at all. Also the price of chair was £199 and now is £149 ??? This company is a joke, selling cheap plastic Chinese products.

This company is an absolute sham. I never received an email stating when to expect my order. I emailed them and they gave some vague response saying I'll get my order soon and they'll be in touch. My last email bounced stating I was blocked from emailing their customer support address. I paid £79.99 for a living room rug and what I got was just about the size of a table mat.

Well as per so many of these reviews, this company is to be avoided at all cost (literally). My cost was £170 and like so many others, the chair I bought is worth nowhere near that and is just plastic Chinese cr. That was when it did actually arrive. The first box arrived opened, so I refused to accept. DPD took away. Send email to company, reply; "did I take photos?". Yes. Sent them photos. Asked for a refund as it was to be for a birthday present (glad it wasn't now!). Basically this company will never ever refund your money, so for this fact alone, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I did however finally receive a chair, but as said, the quality is dire. The mesh will not last a year before sagging and like many others, I feel that I have been conned. It is also seriously uncomfortable on the seating section.
However, I should have read all of these reviews instead of the ones on their website, which is my own stupid fault, but I guess you're never too old to learn. Once bitten, twice shy.
So, to recap. Basically. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THE SERVICE IS DIRE AND THE PRODUCT QUALITY IS SERIOUSLY POOR.

I ordered a gas patio heater in April. It was delivered quickly but when we built it had a couple of small missing parts which stopped us connecting the side panel to hide the gas bottle. I’ve contacted them by email over and over again and they just ignore the emails. On top of that the heater barely gives off any heat!!!! Avoid this company, I wish I’d read the reviews on this company before I ordered from them.

I ordered 2 light fittings which didn't arrive in time. I have been trying to return them for 6 weeks. The company is taking days or even weeks between emails. All emails very vague and avoid answering when I ask for the returns address. Returns policy is 30 days but we're well beyond that now with the absolutely shocking customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had taken note of the neg reviews and not wasted my time. The lamp I bought does not work with Android as states in the instructions. I asked for refund, they're avoiding my emails now. Still waiting. 7 wks for delivery and nearly 4 for refund, absolutely shocking company.

Bought two lights that took a month to arrive. Extremely disappointed as the quality was horrendous. I returned them and waited. After two weeks no refund so I emailed. I was asked to supply the receipt confirmation from the courier, which baffled me as they had signed for the parcel. I duly sent a copy anyway, and now two weeks further on, and having asked again for my refund, still nothing. Thieves!

I ordered 2 lamps, after 3 weeks only 1 lamp arrived. No way to contact and the auto response message is a waste of time. I won't be using them again. They took the money and now only have half the order....

AVOID SCAM COMPANY, purchased office chair, very very poor quality for the price paid almos £170 … customer service just horrendous as I have sent an email asking to return this item it looked like second hand full of scratches and general poor quality they have replied asking for photos ….. I send them photos newer got reply ! I feel robbed.

Do not buy anything from this company absolute and utter crap from china 1st time in my life if been conned out of money these people shouldnt be trading crappy lamp fell to bits after unwrapping it wouldnt dare to plug the crap in !!!! Cant be bothered to return it because you wont get an anwer out of these conning fu###rs !!!!! Trading standards will be informed if i ever crossed paths with the owner that lamp would be shoved down his throat !!!! Conning despicable con man

Never delivered. I have ordered it over 10 days ago, and I have got no sign it's been even shipped.
Hermes has never received the item so far, the customer service is shockingly poor.
I tried to contact them 3 times, they only sent an automated reply to track my parcel, while I clearly explained the status on Hermes already stating it hasn't been received by the carrier in over 10 days. Damn this is not a good company. Please deliver this parcel or we'll all carry on posting the truth about your lack of professionalism.

A long time to arrive, faulty when it did arrive and impossible to get a return address - even the web chat just hangs.... waste of time and money

Item never showed up. Contacted them multiple times over the period of 10 weeks from the day of ordering. Takes them a couple of days to reply and when they do they avoid your questions/requests and are not helpful at all. Don’t use this company as you will not receive your item and they won’t provide a refund

The rug we bought looked nothing like the picture, not even the right size. Have looked up their returns process and e-mailed but no response.

Placed order a month ago. No updates as promised. No responses to my messages on their social media, emails and phone number does not even ring.

I’m so surprised that it has any positive reviews. It must be a fake company. I don’t understand how a company that would navigate like this

The order was placed 3 weeks ago. No contact from Theworkalley and no response to my requests on delivery.

I ordered a light up headset for my grandson and my order actually showed the light up headset on my official order from them after I paid. When it arrived it was not the one I had ordered. I contacted The workalley and they gave me another email address to contact regarding this item. It took them several days to issuye a reply and it stated "can you send a photograph of what you have received". As I do not have a sophisticated phone, being a pensioner, I had to ask a neighbour to take a photo of the box (which is a set of headphones but in a grey army type camoflage). I sent this off to them. Head nothing further, so sent a further 3 e mails before they finally replied and asked me to take the head set out of the box, photograph that, and send that back to them. At this point I was rather angry to say the least, being virtually accused of lying and they never asked for the actual item, but we checked inside the box and it was the army one they sent, not the lighting up kind. So I told them as they had taken forever to deal with my e mails etc., I was not prepared to ask my neighbour to do another photo and my grandson was waiting for the headset so tdold him to keep that one. I did ionform them that I could only assume they deliberately sent thee swrong one, suggesting that it had been sent under false pretences and perhaps was because that particular head set was a none seller. I did inform them that needless to say I would not be giving them a good write up after all the messing about and delay they took. Would definitely NOT recommend them. Seems a lot of other people have had lots of trouble with them too on checking the reviews.
