Really poor quality plastic product, came with grease marks all over.
The chair isn't fit for purpose

Failed to offer a refund, thankfully I paid via PayPal who sorted it!

I have not received the item I ordered and I am unable to speak to anyone despite calling and sending messages. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a 6 Nixie Tube clock. What I received was not as ordered.

Photos on their website are misleading/erronious as different photos of same item shown.

You’ll find the same products on a well know online retailer, quicker delivery and if there is anything wrong with the item or you would like to return you have to pay for the return back to China !!

I ordered a desk and then tried to cancel it the same day. One person I spoke to told me it was cancelled, another told me it was too late to cancel. The desk turned up and I am trying to get it returned, but keep getting the runaround. Currently, I have been told I was sent an email I didn't receive and it is "being dealt with by another team".
I paid via Klana so have raised this with them, and have not paid for it yet. I have a suspicion they are waiting until it is too late to return it and demand I keep it. It's dystopian, the most bizarre and stressful experiance I have ever had shopping online.

Absolute joke.

Took 10 weeks for item to arrive, item arrived damaged, wrong size and wrong colour. When I spoke with customer services they suggested I might like to keep the product for 50% of the cost. Ended up putting in a PayPal claim to get a refund.

early November my partner bought 4 dining chairs with a 48 hour delivery time. By December they still hadn’t arrived and the tracking just stopped. After numerous emails and social media messages going unanswered they finally said they had been delayed and would be with us by 15th Jan!!!! We then got a £100 customs bill through on top of the original £1500 price tag. Today the long awaited package arrived…….one chair. 2 months wait, and one chair arrived. Not only were 3 chairs now missing, the chair that came was a completely different chair, different colour, different shape, cheap quality, hideous in fact and absolutely not what we ordered. The only difference between ordering from work alley and wish is the extortionate price tag.

A disgusting company that should be ashamed.

I waited for my purchase for 1.5 month, then received the package damaged and when I contacted support, the support email bounced and I got an auto-reply that the email doesn't exist :)

Horrible. the wrost. don't buy here please. I bought an office chair. An expensive one. the delivery was super late, and it was because it was being stopped on the customs (boundaries) of my country, because it came from china (it's not true that workalley works from UK), and aparently they don't pay the internacional taxes. Then the client service (slow and bad) said me that the custom tax was payed but if they ask me to pay again i have to pay the custom tax's again (lot of money 87$) and then theworkalley return it to me. Ok. I did it because my chair was stoped and my money lost. this operation was a pain in the ass, lots of mails, no information... anyway, Now they don't answer me when I ask for the refund they promised. And the cahir is broken: is so bad materials than the wheels are broken from 2 weeks of use. OMG. I want to put a legal report

Absolute con site based in China. What was meant to be a Christmas present has just materialized and is a cheap copy (an inaccurate copy at that) of the picture on the very sparkly and shiny UK looking website. Beyond angry.

Ordered on 19th October, arrived 5th January.
Tracking is non existent until the final 3 days, and customer service not helpful.
Considered disputing the payment but thought I would wait it out for 3 months.
Ordered a beige 120cm wooden desk. Got a brown 80cm wooden desk.
Don't be fooled by the .co.uk this is based in China.
Hopeless. Avoid.

Ahh, the power of marketing. What looked like a high-quality piece of furniture on the website was actually just a cheap bit of flat-pack tat, lower in quality than IKEA and twice the price. I ordered a retro rattan chair to find, when it arrived, that the wood was scratched, the screws disintegrated after one use, at least one part was missing and the whole piece, once assembled, looked fairly wonky. It still looks good and is comfortable to sit on, but for the price I paid I expected much higher quality.

Not great with communication - wrote them several times, on Facebook and website - never received a response, just seen. I wanted to purchase a chair in my company's name with a discount, unfortunately the discount is gone and honestly I no longer want to buy a chair from them if that's how long it takes to receive help.

Absolute con. What arrived was s cheap Chinese copy of the item I ordered. Luckily as soon as I saw the PayPal payment go to a Chinese address, I suspected something was wrong. They also say the item will be dispatched within 48 hours, but again this is untrue. They dispatch it to a sorting office, where it will be posted to you within 7 working days. Because of this, I asked for a refund via PayPal, which I received. Luckily the item came back in stock on Amazon, where I received, the genuine article, in time for Christmas. Stay away from this website, it's a scam

Another non-Christmas wreath! Standard non-replies to my requests for delivery dates or cancellation. 24 days after ordering two wreaths looks like they will not arrive before decorations are due to be taken down. Company took my money though on ordering date, 4 December. I will ask my credit card company will deal with this dodgy company.

DON’T TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE. SHOCKING COMPANY. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from this company. I’m still waiting for my Christmas wreath which was ordered on 2nd December. It might arrive before Christmas 2022 - who knows? Do the right thing and send me my refund. Also it would be polite to receive an answer to my reviews. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!!

Dropshipping company. Took many months to get the chair I ordered. When i finally got it, it was a chinese chair that was way too small for a westerner.

I ordered two chairs from The Work Alley. They were never delivered. Apparently a customs fee had to be paid but no customs information could be given for payment. I have still not received a refund and no one responds to emails. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I have been trying to cancel my order since the day I ordered it, the lack of communication and inaction is awful. I now have something I don't want, and no one will get back to me to return it.
