Avoid….I ordered a lamp and a chair. The lamp arrived promptly. The chair took over a month by which time I had bought another chair. I am trying to return it and there is no option. The 30 day return option is non existent and so is customer service. No U.K. address.

Ordered my chair months ago, never received a receipt. They responded to my email once and since have not. It still has not arrived- beware this company is a complete scam!

I wouldn't touch this website with a bargepole!
I ordered two rattan office chairs. It took months for the first chair to be delivered, and I had to pay a customs charge at 20% of the full order value just to recieve the first chair, and the second chair still hasn't arrived. I have sent numerous emails requesting a delivery date for the second chair and more recently requesting a refund for the second chair and I've recieved no response. Note: (1) The chairs are poor quality and are manufactered in the Far East. (2) The chairs are shipped through Amsterdam which means you need to pay import VAT which is not made clear when ordering. (3) Customer service is a non-existent. I now face a long battle to get a refund and to also fight the import VAT charge which should only have been calculated on the cost of one chair.
This website should be investigated by the appropriate consumer protection authorities!!

I still haven’t received my goods and they are ignoring my emails!! The customer service is nonexistent, I have requested on three emails that my order be cancelled, still no response, they just completely ignore all communication!!!
Just save yourself the stress and find your product somewhere else, a proper company, who will actually send your product when they say. AVOID AVOID

Theworkally have since contacted me and a very helpful manager has resolved the situation but without admitting liability which slightly sticks in the craw but at least I have a satisfactory conclusion.

Awful company, awful customer service and what a joke of a product. They are now ignoring my texts and emails trying to get a refund. Stay well away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Ordered a 3D effect vortex style rug. First of all took too long to come and second, when it finally did come, turned out to be a tiny paper thin crappy material mat which looked nothing like the pictures. Over £40 down the drain

Have ordered from from Theworkally in the past with no issues and have been pleased with the products.

But don't expect to recieve anything if they use Royal Mail to deliver your purchase.

After 3 failed deliveries and 6 calls to Theworkally we gave up trying to buy a new bed and cancelled and claimed a refund. Although Theworkally customer service seem helpful and sympathetic it makes me question whether they tell you what you want to hear rather than achieve a resolution.

Really disappointed with Wayfair’s misleading delivery advertising.

I ordered 3 items on Saturday, all advertising 7 days delivery; great!!! All paid for but, already delayed until the 10 days!!

What a joke - this must be classed as false advertising?

Update - my delivery actually turned up quicker that I was told! Upgrading to 3 stars.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had. The desk chair I ordered took almost 6 weeks to arrive and came in a box covered in stamps indicating it had been sent in the post from China. The product was damaged in 2 places and I have spent almost 5 weeks fighting for a refund, as is within my statutory rights, and have been met with appalling customer service and still no refund. They have also deleted my review from their website so the 4.5 stars for the Retro Rattan Minimalist Swivel Office Chairs is inaccurate. I strongly recommend you do not order from this company.

Ordered a lamp as a present. It turned up on time, but looks nothing like the photos as it's really poorly finished, which is particularly noticeable when the light is turned off. I have subsequently emailed the company (well within the 30 day return period) to find out how to get a refund, but have had no response to either email or even an acknowledgement of the emails... I'd recommend avoiding this company.

Waited for 12 weeks for the order (over EUR 2.000,-) before contacting Paypal to investigate this. Luckily I got my money back. Never again!

Misleading. Website looks good but the products are from China and are not up to the standards the brand portray. I ordered a desk mat which turned out to be very poor quality and a laptop stand which is completely different to the one in the photos. Do not expect it to be space grey, it was black and not as expected. Items also took weeks to arrive. Such a poor experience. Avoid avoid avoid.

This is clearly a scam - ordered a superb leather office chair that arrived quite different from the site :
- not leather, but plastic
- no wheels
- the arm rest "leather" cover is not zipped but a crappy scratches
- the cushion is also attached to the chair with scratches
- height is fixed, there's no way to adjust the sitting position at all (so it's not an office chair)
- no manual
- missing screw holes to fix the arm rest (only one hole, but three screws ...)

When you buy the item, you're expecting them to be in stock in the UK, but not at all! It's sent from China and take ages to arrive.

Also, the tracking emails and website for the delivery is in Chinese. The delivery is actually late, and the packaging is ridiculous.

Note that all the positive reviews here only have one review. They are very likely to be bogus reviews. I know this is only my second review, I wish I could add pictures to my review to show you that's really my experience.

This company is a scam. I ordered a lamp. It flickers, the on/off switch doesn’t press, it’s just a logo. No reply to emails. Phone numbers unobtainable. I’ve reported these people to Action Fraud UK (police).
Edit 08/12/21), Action Fraud have forwarded my complaint to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau for review. Serves them right. Don’t p**s on my back and claim it’s raining, I don’t tolerate scam artists!

Scam. Ordered a night light as it looked quality one in the pictures. Arrived absolutely different cheap version of a product. Customer service didn’t even bothered answering the case.

I ordered an Ornaments which was on sale about couple of weeks ago, didn’t receive any confirmation email whatsoever. I did not know if parcel has been dispatched or not. Tried contacting customer support and got no response.

Finally I received a 1 package today even though I paid for 2 and to my surprise it was broken. It's an expensive ornament which costs about 299£ and obviously I wanted to receive it in a brand new condition , undamaged.

I tried to contact their customer service by CHAT, EMAILS, PHONE CALLS and " NO RESPONSE ".

No one is answering, no one is taking responsiblity of a damaged as well as missing parcel.

This company is FAKE, BOGUS, FRAUD !!!!!

Ordered over a month ago from here and had issues with the order through VAT shipping charges. Took me 3 days to get in touch and sort the issue, only to find that half my order was missing. Have been trying since to find out where the rest of the order is and none of the chat options work. Chinese re-sale company by the looks of it with 0 customer service. Would avoid completely.

Dreadful to deal with, paid for a rug, find out it’s Chinese company, no sign of rug and they say it’s lost in post and will refund only to stop responding, taking my money and not sending product or refund. Avoid at all costs!

This is a horrendous company to deal with. I paid nearly £400 for a desk that arrived very badly damaged due to poor packaging. I have contacted them numerous times and apart from an initial email with an offer of a 50% refund (which I promptly declined as I wanted the desk replaced) they have ignored every message since and their voicemail box is full. I would NOT recommend buying from or dealing with this company! Their website states 'hassle free returns and refunds' which is utter false marketing!!
