Disgusting service
Same situation as a lot of other people. Paid in full and then COVID-19 happened and they refuse to return the money, even though they were unable to get me a job over in Canada. Not to mention the months leading up to it, they gave a lot of false hope. VERY DODGY COMPANY. DO NOT USE!

We are very upfront and transparent with our Terms & and the recruitment process starts the moment you jump on board. We put a lot of time, energy and hard work into each applications, even if you dont travel. As outlined we are unable to offer refunds, however as offered, we have held all of your funds as a credit to use at any point on any programmes in the future. All you need to do is contact us when you are ready.

Refused to give a refund despite being unable to find me a job as a result of COVID-19 and have heard lots of similar stories. Lots of better agencies to go through, would not recommend

I could not Thank The Working Holiday club enough. I had the best 2 years of my life at Whistler. I went over 2 years ago with a friend for the Winter and was meant to go back to Uni 9 months later. I ended up staying the whole 2 years even after my friend left. I fell in love with Whistler! These guys set me up with an interview with Whistler in Adelaide so I had my job nearly 6 months before I started. There was so helpful when I got to Canada. Best 2 years of my life!!

So worthless
So worthless. Just give me my money back. Your terms & conditions literally states “In the case of an event beyond the control of the participant (i.e. accident, death in the family, impossibility to travel for medical conditions not known at the time of the enrolment), THE WORKING HOLIDAY CLUB ™ will consider the possibility of a full or partial refund of the program fee” Doesn’t a global pandemic come under these conditions? I would think so.
