Tip top service.
Very fast delivery, items well packed. I was emailed to check on my choice of nib, which I had omitted. I was emailed to let me know the parcel was on it's way. My Faber-Castell fountain pen and ink was well wrapped, two free ink cartridges were included to get me started, very kind. Pen is performing beautifully, thanks to Anna and Martin of The Writing Desk, they are highly recommended.

The customer service is outstanding A very happy customer!
The customer service is outstanding - great communications, fast and efficient shipping to Canada. Diamine inks are one of my favourites. However the selection of colours available in Canada is quite limited. I will be trying the 30mL sizes in the future. I could not be more pleased with the service and the products. A very happy customer! Highly recommended.
