Packaging could've been better but the product is really good from thieaudio

Easy to use, helpful information. My item won't ship for weeks since they have to build it from scratch, but the ordering process for it couldn't have been easier.

This is my third purchase from ThieAudio and like the previous two, it went off without a hitch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent product equalled by service

After some research - requiring an IEM with impactful bass but not at the expense of overall balance/performance/fidelity, I opted to purchase the THIEAUDIO Origin IEM.

The order arrived from China ahead of schedule and the product didn't disappoint - fully meeting the requirement.

I recently purchased the Monark IV headphones, but I haven't had the opportunity to try them out yet—I'll do so shortly. However, I must say that the support service was excellent; they contacted me via email to confirm that the order was indeed mine.

Good.. But the nozzle replacements is little different from the original.

I had some IEMs to get repaired on warranty and Thieaudio were fantastic throughout. Their customer services replied to my query within a day of asking them about getting my IEMs repaired and gave clear and helpful instructions on the process. I sent my IEMs to them and throughout recieved updates from their customer services team about the repair. Once completed they updated me, asked for a return address, and sent the IEMs back with full tracking. They arrived within 1 week fully repaired, and all of this was done for free, with the exception of the cost of me shipping the IEMs back to them. First class service all the way!
