Responsive to our needs - not the cookie cutter program many companies try to sell you. Our policy began when we needed it to. Fast results - our normal insurance agent had our request for 3 weeks with no results; we had results in 60 minutes with Thimble.

It was great to get a short and affordable policy for an event space.

I paid 2 months when I opened this account. And you took out again this month. It was not due until the 6th of June.

You site was easy to navigate.

First, the ease of use was incredible. I prefer to use local people when I can, but my local people just weren’t pleasant to work with. I found it difficult to keep up with my policy and it was just annoying to get a COI sent to a contractor. Thimble made it easy to just simply get a policy, see it in real time, and be able to send the COI without an annoying phone call. I didn’t realize it could be that easy. Also, I love that I can edit the policy at anytime. If I decide to get an employee, I can go on the app and change it. No annoying phone calls and confusing jargon.
Second, the price beat my local people’s price by $65. I am paying $170/month for $1mil liability coverage. However, this is $100 more expensive than a previous policy I was holding. But I had a $7k claim, therefore I understand the price going up.
Lastly, I do wish I could get insurance for my pressure washing trailer thru the Thimble app. But the coverage it was offering wouldn’t cover the cost of the trailer. But, Thimble is still great and I wish all insurance was this easy.

The transaction was handled easily and efficiently. So far I don't have enough experience with Thimble to give an evaluation.

Policy covered absolutely nothing that would need coverage for a social event. Completely useless service.

As a crafter, many events require crafters have insurance. Thimble make insurance per event easy.

Easy to get started. I am having a problem dropping an AI. I didn't get the job with the AI and I need to cancel them but I can't find a way to do it. Navigating is difficult.

By FAR the worst insurance company out there! You can never talk to a real person nor do you respond to online requests. You guys SUCK!

great price

Definitely will not recommend Thimble to anyone. Will make sure everyone I know steers clear of this company. I attempted to reschedule the insurance policy before our event was intended to start because the event was rescheduled due to weather. Hours later I heard back that it was too late to reschedule or change the insurance policy date. Incredibly frustrating and wasteful.
