The order was delivered in a timely manner. Information was kept from my last order which poses security questions. The glasses were nice and so is the engraving, but they weren’t as advertised in the picture. Otherwise, I like the product and will buy again.

I was asked -very last minute Wed- to order something for a Family member's Milestone Birthday (80th). I went online and wasn't sure what I was even looking for but came across the perfect gift which needed engraving. Online chat asked if they could mock up a sample for me. By Thurs I had it and that left Fri to get it since Mon was a Holiday. Impossible! Or so I thought. On Mon am (Stat Holiday) it was sitting at my front door!! I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised!! I am so thankful for the rush and extra mile of Things Engraved!

We ordered an embroidered pet bed for our new kitten. The bed arrived and is exactly what we were looking for, however, the zipper was defective. I contacted customer service and the agent asked me to send pictures of the defective zipper. I submitted an email with attached pictures and within an hour I received a response back stating that the bed would be replaced and the item had been shipped! We received the new embroidered bed the next day. Things Engraved has amazing customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely order again. Thank you.

Website was glitchy and frustrating, did not process my order properly. Luckily, staff were kind, responsive and very helpful, my order was rectified and delivered very quickly.

Zero stars. These people never answer an email whatsoever. I’ve emailed for a week straight and messaged on Poshmark and Etsy and all they do is ignore messages. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from them if they’re not going to have the courtesy of replying
