So easy working with Things Engraved for a special gift for my Synchronized Skating team. I emailed with a file of a logo and an idea of what I wanted and they got back to me super quick with mock ups. I ordered them Monday and received them Friday! I will be ordering from them next year for more gifts.

Wanted a small light present for my wife that fits nicely in my suitcase for Valentine’s Day, as we will be flying to St. Martin on that day. The selection of products from Things Engraved was great and the speed of production and delivery was incredible.

Very personal service. The mock-up examples were adjusted to exactly what I wanted. Great to see the final product before it is printed! The only downside is that I ordered white and bronze water bottles, and the bronze ones look silver. They are still very nice.

The agent Irene was responding to my inquiry very quickly and effectively. I have received the order for our company employees in a timely manner.

My Photo Block has arrived on time today, right to our door. Much appreciate the timing and effort placed into the delivery - in spite of the extremely stormy day yesterday!

I recently ordered a blanket with a photo on it. I really wasn't happy with how the picture turned out. They offered to redo the blanket at no additional cost. When I received the new blanket I was extremely happy with how the picture turned out!

Quality work, with quick turn around, easy access to pick up location, just have to make sure you get there before 4pm.

I ordered a custom jewelry box on Saturday. By Monday I was provided a mock up and by Tuesday I had the item in my hand. It doesn’t get any better than that. This is the gold standard way of selling online. I’m beyond impressed with their service.

The item arrived with many scratches all over it. This damage doesn’t appear to have been done during transit. We don’t want to give our friends a scratched gift for their wedding.

The customer service was amazing and the delivery was quick too.The products i ordered are so beautiful. I just wish the color of the writing on the jewelry box was a bit darker like in the photo of the sample.

Munisa was a great help at the beginning. Only glitch was with Canada Post delivery system. It took 24 hrs to get problem resolved which was where they said they delivered it to. Finally delivered it to my doorstep and the product I ordered was perfect & as I had ordered it. Thank you. D
