Horrible customer service
They get two stars as my first order was fine. Placed and shipped the same day which was great.
My second order though was a whole different story. Placed an order on the 2nd. Was notified the 5th that it would be 3 to 4 business before they would ship. Sent support an email on the 14th asking what was going on and was told my order would ship the next day. Emailed back on the 20th to cancel my order as nothing had shipped and then was given a tracking number that just said the label had been printed and that we'll be happy with the order ignoring my request and not noting if/how I could just return it if I still don't want it. Given the problems no concessions were made either outside of the original notification offering a free bag of treats on my next order.
Given this is dog food, I guess my dog is supposed to just not eat for a couple weeks? I keep it so there is enough food for delays and what not but this was just handled poorly.
