Had issues with my zwave home…

Had issues with my zwave home automation linked to thinkpro, I had installed a new outlet and was having trouble linking it. I did a hard reboot via the app, big mistake, anyway I contacted support and Maciej took me through the issues I was having and in no time the system was back up. Great service!

Great alarm system with great customer service

I did a lot of research on these wireless systems before ordering, I requested a quote for our system which was accurate and complete. I placed the order and it was dispatched the next day, great service. Price was good as well. no extra hit for the included shipping.
The system installed easily and works well, we had a minor issue and a sensor was replaced with no delay. The help line for installation was knowledgeable and helpful. great service.
I used to own a small alarm company, this is by far the best system I have seen and have no hesitation in recommending it to you.

I am a Thinkpro customer since a few…

I am a Thinkpro customer since a few years now.
I want to thank customer service for the help they provide each time I called. They were always helpful and polit.
I am really satisfied with the application. i could use it from anywhere. This is helping especially when you forget to set the alarm when you leave home, but with the application you could do it while you are away.
So far i had no problem with the material installed in my home such as sensors. Thank you again Team Thinkpro.

Easy navigate in the app

Easy navigate in the app. But i cant change my keypad passcode. Notification okay. I hope it comes with 2 sensor.i hope the the equipment has wifi connectivity instead LAN connection?

Hi Richard, thank you for taking the time to write a review. To answer some of your comments and questions. 1) The pinpad with the system is designed to be a secondary backup device. The real power comes with downloading the app and the ability to arm, disarm, get notifications and see the real-time status of your alarm system. The app allows you to change your code and add multiple other users and codes to the systems. If you have not set it up, it is very easy and an installation advisor is happy to guide you through it. 2) In regards to connectivity the system functions as IP based which requires a connection to your Internet router; alternatively cellular is an option that requires a connection to power but is slightly higher cost than our standard IP ($5/month). Not worth the low price

When I got the system the rep told me the system would work on both data and wireless. That was actually two different devices. As a result, I had the hardware but could not use it until I got my wifi 2 weeks later. I only stayed for the price. Now I'm moving and they expect me to call to cancel my service on the day I'm moving. On an incredibly busy stressfull day! Zero sympathy for the issues.

If you purchased wifi only system, then it would only work when your Wi-Fi is up and running; if this was not explained properly then we can work to make it right. Regarding your move - you do not have to cancel on the day you move - and yes, its a very stressful day! We can cancel or hold payments for a period while you move. Excellent customer support

I recently had the pleasure of working with Maciej to troubleshoot an issue I had with my Think Protection account and keypad panel. Throughout the ticket he was great with having me try different things to try and resolve the issue.

While on the phone with me, he was very patient all while having me try multiple things to sort out my user account issue and app issue. He also helped ship out a replacement keypad to replace my faulty one.

Overall, an excellent experience with Maciej, and I trust that Think Protection has other employees just as professional and dedicated to their company.

Excellent system

Excellent system, easy to install. I was a bit intimidated at first, but fears quickly subsided. Had everything (5 window/door sensors, smoke alarm, flood sensor, doorbell camera, two outdoor motion cameras, two indoor motion sensors) up and running in less than an hour. Tech support was excellent.

I had a break in and I called right…

I had a break in and I called right away by 1100 am. I was told no problem. Send an email we will take care of it, which I did right away. 5 hours later after not hearing back I decided to contact at which time I was informed that they were not going to provide security. Had I not called I took this person at his word for a security business that I was protected.. now there is a huge trust issue at value of a person's word for services they provide. I would not recommend this provider. But that is my opinion as my business is my livelihood..

I give Jesus(Christopher) a 5 star

I give Jesus(Christopher) a 5 star. Company a 4 star . I had to remove a z wave switch I purchased from think protection 5 yrs ago due to being faulty . New one i purchased they couldn’t link until Jesus suggested updating the app as new z wave switch wouldn’t pair with old app! Frustrating!!!
Been working on this since Sunday!!!

Very positive experience

I had quite a few questions to ask during my call. My issues included my keypad not working, a sensor being faulty, and problems with logging into my account. Jenusraj was incredibly patient, polite and helpful. I really appreciated all of his efforts with helping me find solutions. It was a very positive experience to speak with a think protection representative like Jenusraj.
