Excellent experience. We had a great sales person who worked with us to get the right things. It was received promptly and shipped well packed. We had a few things we needed to reach out for tech support on installation and activation and that all went well. I have reached with a few questions since and they were very professional. The App for iPhone works very well .
Overall would rate very highly

I wanted cameras to replace the LOREX…
I wanted cameras to replace the LOREX that are failing to hook to wi-fi most of the time. So was going to go with a total package offered by Telus ( that bought out (ADT). Think/P was once ADT in a manner of speaking. So I cancelled Think/P and phoned Telus. Phone answered by a young lady I had trouble understanding living in INDONESIA . I asked to speak with a rep in Canada - “Sorrythis is not offered”. So that was the end of the conversation. I phoned Think/P back and a very helpful young man came on the line. I asked if the dispatch center was still in New Jersy - no he replied all the offices are in Canada now. We then talked about your Camera System (wi-if). In the end I re-joined but have ordered an “in house camera system from Defender”. So no wi-fi or cloud issues to deal with. We also discussed battery life of my security devices and was told I will see a low battery warning - but they may last 7 years. I have replaced the Launchpad batteries this past fall. All-in-all very pleased. Also the $16.00 per month is a fair rate.ps both you and Defender are CANADIAN companies - although no doubt most of the equipment (sadly) is manufactured in CHINA… Ken Cramb Port Alberni, BC

Great price and customer service
Great price and customer service. Every cottage should take advantage of the simplicity of installation. The water-heat sensor option, combined with the camera is awesome. While the monitoring is a bit pricey, it is worth the safety of protecting the cottage.

Hands Down, Probably Canada’s Best Of The Best Home Security
The title says it all, I’d say very surprised, pleased and ecstatic over my home security, really a great system with family budget in mind which is rare in the world we live in today. Buy your system straight up, the actual installation is a breeze, customer service has always been friendly , polite and helpful, for myself I’ve been a client for the past 6 years, no false alarms whatsoever, so id have to say the equipment is clearly top quality, not to mention you have an application that works super well, turn on and off, helll it even tells you step by step which doors are open and closed and at what time they were opened and closed , I mean this company has thought of it all.
Accepted by insurance companies, nice little stickers and sign to put on ur windows and entrance that your home is being monitored.
I wish I had some kind of defect to point out for the non believers , but I really don’t. I’d have to mention that when the Covid hit, working from home we cut some corners to save money and cancelled our service, no charge no contracts to worry bout, and when it was time to re subscribe , easy as a simple call to customer service, no reinstall fee’s ,nothing.
I could keep on ranting and raving, but seriously, you will find out for yourselves, just buy it, it’s really a small, and I mean small price to pay for piece of mind for your home and family.
Just my 2cents

Responsive, fast, no nonsense sales people. Kit arrived promptly. Easy set up with some help. One of the PIN pads had a manufacturing defect. Upon mentioning it, an exchange process was initiated immediately, and they picked up the return postage (as they should). I've called a couple of times with inquiries, and you get to a human fairly quickly - also novel these days. Excellent customer service, and reasonably priced. So far I'm happy.
