Shocking company
Well what can I say about this group. If I could I would of went private. Not only do the patch manager threaten you with eviction but the repair take 3 month to get fixed and I have seen it with my own eyes how the tradesmen and woman who work for the repair team are treated if there don't complete there job I a hour phone call after phone call putting pressure on them. The customer service staff are rude and hang up on you and when you as for help there don't issue with any sort of help at all
Despicable Organisation
Reprehensible social housing provider, causing chaos to countless decent working families, particularly on newbuild housing estates, with their boneheaded selection of unruly, unsuitable and inappropriate tenants.
No vetting process for tenants. No due diligence for tenants. No consistency in processing issues to do with their tenants causing anti-social behaviour. No Duty of Care for private homeowners who have to suffer from Thirteen Group tenants' behaviour. No responsibility taken when their tenants cause grief and harassment to law-abiding private homeowners. Awful organisation.
