I have purchased almost all the products and don’t regret any! They all leave my skin amazingly soft and smooth and I will definitely be repurchasing!

This cleanser is by far the best one i have tried, it leaves my skin smooth and soft ans takes of all my makeup i would 100% recomend for anyone!

I love my silk pillowcases and the luxurious feel that enhances my sleep, highly recommended

As has been mentioned the returns policy isn’t clear. However my issue is around the fact that I purchased two pillowcases which have bled into multiple items of mine. Despite having been washed before use, they have stained the bed, the duvet cover, the pillow protector and the pillow cover. The items came with no warning that this could happen nor was there any such information in the description. The company offered to send one pillowcase as a resolution. The stains on the headboard of my bed alone will cost more than that to fix. I have now sent a further two emails which have not been responded to.

Amazing overnight oil, noticed a reduction in the fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes and my neck looked smoother, within 10 days of using this oil, every night. Only need a small amount and I think the 30ml bottle should last me at least a month, making it good value for a luxury product that actually works.

I purchased two silk cot sheets that cost £100 each and within a few months they had holes in them and eventually ripped. I emailed little silk photos and told them what had happened and that I was going to have to order another two sheets and they didn’t even reply to my email. The second set of sheets arrived and the same thing happened to them. Absolutely terrible quality products and terrible customer service , to not even have the decency to reply to an email. Will not ever be buying from them again.

This is an excellent company. I have silk pillowcases and a silk bonnet which are beautiful and of high quality. I have recently started using their silk skin care products; the cleanser, power up serum and night serum. They are seriously good. They smell lovely and I can see the difference they make to my skin. They are a high end product without an unaffordable price tag. Also I love small companies who value their customers; I received a handwritten letter of thanks with my skin care products.

I have ordered from This is Silk before and been delighted with the silk pillowcases I bought. They come beautifully packaged and with a very personal touch. This time I had a specific need to get a pillowcase for a friend with cancer suffering hair loss. Issy spent so much time and trouble, patiently answering several emails I sent to her, and going out of her way to sort out the issues I raised! Really exceptional customer service as well as lovely products.

It is so rare to not only find products that genuinely work, but for said products to come from a company that shares your values!

I purchased a silk sleep bonnet from this is Silk. Please note it is not lined and therefore poor value for money.

The products are very nice quality but the returns policy is very restrictive and not made clear at the point of purchase. The silk pillowcases are Queen size which is bigger than standard size pillowcases so they were too big for my pillows. I purchased 4 but only opened 1 box to try the pillowcase, once I realised it was too big I requested a return for the remaining 3 unopened boxes. However, I was unable to even return the remaining 3 boxes because all 4 boxes were wrapped in the same piece of tissue paper and their policy is that once the tissue paper is broken then products cannot be returned. This is fine (although not made clear at point of purchase) but in that case each individual box should be wrapped separately is tissue paper, otherwise for a multi product purchase there is no way to try just one without breaking the tissue paper and being unable to return all the items. Although good quality, they are quite expensive products so consideration should be given to allow as much flexibility as possible. I prefer to support smaller businesses but feel a quite disappointed here and will now return to a bigger company for another order. Sharing for awareness so that others don’t make the same mistake and hoping that This Is Silk can make a few minor changes (make clearer at point of purchase online and wrap individual items in the tissue paper) to ensure a better customer experience for others.

I have very long thick hair and apart from when it went past my bum they hold my hair really well

I’ve tried others including the ones designed for long hair and in the end I decided to take a bit off the length, rather than ruin my hair using others.

Believe me these are a really good purchase and I would pay anyone who could find a split end on my head when I use them

I have purchased a number of products from This Is Silk and everyone has been incredible. After years of having to wear my hair up in bed to prevent knots and frizz, my hair has totally transformed from sleeping on my silk pillowcase - a total game changer. And the face oil, firstly I adore the scent and then my skin is just so subtle and smooth - I have even got both my mother and mother-in-law onto it- such an effective oil. Plus delivery was so quick and everything is wrapped so beautifully. Love this brand so much.

I recently faced an issue with a beanie I bought from ThisIsSilk. The problem wasn't with the quality, but with the fit – it wouldn't stretch to fit my head. Due to this sizing issue, the beanie has never even touched my hair, remaining completely unused.

However, when I tried to return it, I was met with an inflexible policy. ThisIsSilk's terms state that once the tissue paper packaging is opened, the item becomes non-returnable, regardless of its usage.

I understand the need for hygiene standards, but I believe this policy is excessively strict, especially in cases like mine where the item has remained completely untouched. This experience has been disappointing, and I feel it's important to inform potential customers about this stringent return policy.

I want to support small businesses which provide good experiences but unfortunately I can’t vouch for them given my experience. Buyers should be aware of these terms before making a purchase, as they might find themselves in a similar situation with no recourse.

Great product and 5 star customer service. I have also experienced acne prone skin, in particular on my face and cheek areas. After trying multiple things I suspected it was because of my pillowcase.

So I purchase as This is Silk pillowcase after reading a silk pillowcase would help with acne. I have now been using their pillowcase for 3 weeks and my skin has cleared up so much and I no longer have any breakouts in the regular places I was having them.

The customer service is also amazing. You receive a personalised note, in a lovely package for your order. Such a nice personal touch!

Got a fabulous deal on 2-for-1 22momme silk pillow cases. I made an order error and they made contact straight away and resolved my issue. I received the pillow cases within 2 days, beautifully wrapped. In 19 degree night time heat, I already feel much more comfortable sleeping with my new pillow!

Great product! I use silk and satin pillow cases for my curly hair and skin. I saw that I could buy a half tie case for pillows, what a great idea! You can use for travelling, I’d previously taken a silk scarf but they don’t stay put.
Order and delivery seamless and easy.

I love This Is Silk pillowcases and hairbands. My skin has improved and my hair has no split ends and is in great condition. Evie and the team are lovely and helpful. I have now bought 4 pillowcases as presents and my friends and daughter loved them. It is great to support a UK business with such beautiful products.
