Like one of the other customers said wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order. Products were damaged on delivery and never heard from them since no reply to emails or phone plus i drove around ind est they have on the web site no one heard of these cowboys. Pls stay away from these con men.

Wish i see these reviews before placing my order, its been 7 days and i have had no delivery yet!

Very poor company. No customer service whatsoever. Ordered Composite decking which arrived damaged. Company won't return any emails or contact you.

Avoid at all costs!

Did not want to know after you place order, cant speak to anyone regarding orders (email only) that always goes to your spam folder, only can speak sales who just put down the phone. Live chat 1hour in position 1 no answer. Dont waste your time. now to try and get a refund.

At to reorder item from another supplier (and was cheaper) as all i got was covid issues with courier and it may turn up this week sometime

Amongst the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
I ordered a door based on the information on their site.
After waiting weeks, it was finally delivered, I found it was not the door I ordered.
I queried it with the company only to be told “It fits in the hole”
Appalling customer care.

Ordered decking last Tuesday. I was given a date by the courier to delivery today. No delivery/No communication from either the courier or suppliers. I find “This is Wholesale” customer service appalling. I am a customer service manager and this would be unacceptable in the company I work for.
If I had only read trustpilot first I would have saved myself allot of wasted time. I would avoid this company.
P.s I was given false information on the web chat and also ignored when I asked about my order.

Great service from this company. Ordered just in time for next day delivery and arrived first thing.

Ordered decking and 6 trims. Delivery was a few days late so we collected from the delivery company’s depot to speed things up. Half of the trims were broken when we went to collect. Emailed the company but no response, no response on live chat either and no number to call. Reading through the terms and conditions they are really hostile to any complaints about damaged items. I wouldn’t use again as no response if you have any issues with the goods.

Item delivered damaged. Thisiswholesale were notified immediately but are refusing to to refund or replace until they have processed a claim with their courier. Rude emails. Avoid at all cost!

Placed and order for some tile backer boards and washers. Package arrived promptly but the washers were missing.
Contacted customer services for a refund and they said they would have to review CCTV of the packing. Radio silence after that. Chased 3 times over a month for a response but they are ignoring me.

Products are meant to be good and worth it (big emphasis on the MEANT!!) but customer service is absolutely horrendous. Refused refunds, rude, no logically explanation for anything. Products ordered came damaged, they take no responsibility for their actions. I would recommend going elsewhere but if you're really stuck buy less than what you need as returning/refund seems to be an issue with them (basically they don't want to accept it). Disgraceful and will definitely won't recommend or use them again.

Exactly the same experience as person below!! Packaging arrived fine! Delivery driver couldn’t turn down on our road but obviously had suspicions about package as told us not to sign for it! Damage is in exactly the same place in the corner of the door and frame! I think they are trying to palm off goods already damaged. Again refused to refund even though we hadn’t signed for it!! We had also cut a hole in garage for it. Absolutely gutted! Also they customer service are possibly the rudest ever known! Stay away from this company!!!

I bought some tile backer boards and a steel door from this seller. The tile backer boards arrived the next day. And the door delivered two days later by a pallet delivery company. I am surprised by their excellent quality as I didn't pay a big price for it. The seller sent an email and message to remind me to check the door before I sign for it. And I did as the seller instructed. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and will use this guy again for my future project.

Placed two orders and happy. Free next day delivery. Very competitive pricing. Very happy. Only downside is the store doesn't have many different product types.

Received a damaged steel door (for the 2nd time) which was bent in the top corner. Packaging looked ok so assumed inside was ok. This obviously suggests it was damaged before being packaged up! Do they have no quality control! They refused to send another one and refused to refund. My builders have already cut out door dimensions for this door so now I am stuck and wasted £240 on a useless broken door.
