I ordered tires at $72 in stock, after taking my money the canceled the order, I would assume it is because they didn’t like the price because they are now $102 in stock. I still have yet to see me money as well, A week later.

Product description incorrect on site and what was delivered was wrong payment was takin at light speed but the return is going on two weeks now no credit for an exchange with an offer to pay the difference for the correct part. I wish I had found this site before ordering from Thmotorsports. I ordered a set of strut assemblies for my car. When they received, it was bitter winter weather in Michigan so I held off installing them. Come early March, I installed the driver side with no problem. I found the same unit in the 2nd box! They sent me two of the same part; both for the driver side. Of course this occurred on a weekend and they are closed. Come Monday morning, I made telephone contact with them and was told that "I" ordered two of the same assemblies... Serious, that's what they told me. I've been doing this for some time and never ordered two of the same part. They said they'd get back to me on "email" the following day. I knew then that they weren't going to help me. I was right... they said it was beyond "their" rule. >>Beyond 30 days<< Even though it had never been installed. They failed to respond to any of my other email requests for reconsideration. I now discovered they have been suspended in the BBB. Why didn't I do my research on this before I ended up getting taken by a low rate, back alley company. Beware and be safe folks.

THmotorsport has a very bad returns policy. I purchased a rear shocks for my car and they sent me the wrong shocks. I call them to take care of it, they opened a ticket and let it sit there for weeks. Every time I followed up with a phone call they keep saying that they will take care of it in 24- 48 hours, but in reality, they never do. This is really frustrating!!!! Stay away, don't buy from THmotorsports if you don't want to get frustrated....

Avoid at any cost,ordered brake kit for my car,great price so far so good,was delivered in a very timely manner another plus,until i opened the pads and realized they were not the same,here where the fun starts,called the same day friday afternoon the guy in the phone told me someone will get in touch in 24hrs,its monday already i got response from Michael that they will proceed to get rma,on top of that i send picture with the wrong part which does not ship from them actually but from the manufacturer,anyway its been a week now no return postage label issued,wont respond to email,ordered from another company and will deal with those guys tomorrow

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 57 years of life! I ordered some shocks and was never notified they did not have them. I canceled the order and ordered them form another company. 5 days later I got the shocks from THmotorsports. I called them and asked for a rma. After a week I never got the rma and had to call back again. So I finally get the rma and return their shocks. They refunded the amount for the shocks but still billed me for shipping. SO I had to call them back. I explained everything to Michael in shipping and they said they would have to research it and they would get back to me! So after 3 more days I called back and they acknowledged they owed me the cost of shipping and it would be processed tomorrow. SO over 5 days later I had not received the refund, I called Michael back and he is checking why it hasn't gone through. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and Michael says the phone system is being changed and thats not possible. I ordered my part on their website on September 5th. It is now the 16th, and my part still hasn't been shipped. They sold me my part for $200. Two days later they say they need shipping fees. I paid that, too. Waiting times on the phone are long. They are nonresponsive to emails. Wouldn't bother telling me my tracking number, either. Money is money. I can always make more. But I would very much like to take this company down for their false advertising and fraudulent claims. They are stealing people's money and getting away with it! Something must be done!

Unprofessional and the nightmare you didn't want to deal with
Ordered parts, only some arrived. Called in, they said oh, sorry other parts are shipping separately. We'll call the warehouse and send you the other tracking number. They didn't, but one of the parts arrived anyway that day (Friday evening). Call back in, ask where the remaining part is, they say oh sorry, we forgot to ship it, we'll overnight it. Can I have a tracking #? That's not available until 6 p.m. tonight. Call back in, hung up on twice, call back on a different phone, they hang up on me after I explain why I'm calling. Absolutely ridiculous. If part doesn't arrive tomorrow I'm filing a complaint with the credit card to get my money back. Trust me it's not worth the hassle. Avoid THmotorsports.
Items said to be in stock weren't and unknown when they would be and they charged me for them?
Placed an order for Wilwood brake pads for my car. Website says most orders ship in 2 days and they advertise that if they say it's in stock, it IS in stock. 5 days later I have nothing from the company except an order confirmation showing my order and they had charged my Pay-Pal account for the order. Checking online again, I see a note on my order status that the order had been cancelled. Calling the company, I am advised the brake pads are out of stock and they don't know when they will be available??? The order detail form shows they have 52 of one set of pads in stock and the other set of pads they have 70 some in stock as I speak to the rep. So much for actually having items they say are in stock, in stock! AND, if they didn't have them in stock and already cancelled my order, why did they charge me for the pads? I'll never order from or recommend this business to anyone.

Customer service is terrible. I heard they were bad but their prices were too good to pass up on. Called the 1800 number for some part number help and WOW, I was speaking to a super rude child. I was respectful the entire time but now I will believe the horror stories and avoid this company.

Parts that were described as applicable to my vehicle were wrong. When I initiated a return, the "support tech" concurred and also agreed that they would pay for shipping. My request for the return was approved on Dec 2, 2018. When I received my RMA number via email, there were no shipping labels included. They reneged. While arguing my point via email over the course of several days, I noticed that their website listing had changed and was now showing the correct parts for my vehicle. After several email exchanges I finally received the shipping labels on Dec. 7 and returned my items on the 10th. I was told on Dec. 14th that my items were received and to expect a refund within 3 to 5 business days. Over a month later of inquiring emails and phone calls, I finally received my return on Jan 31, 2019. I recommend that you not waste your time with this company. AVOID them.

I called to place an order for my father, got transferred to many other lines so many times, very rude and disrespectful. You either need to train the men how to have more manners & learn what's the true definition of costumer service or you need to fire everyone, never again will I try to place an order, do NOT bother purchasing or calling. Placing an order online and through the phone is a complete mess.
