I was pleased with the quality of the shirt. It fit well, true to the listed size. Delivery was on time as scheduled.

Since purchasing my first two shirts from TD, I have been a the # 1 fan of Thomas Dean fine shirts and because Bermuda only has 65 thousand people, when I am out whether for dinner, socializing or traveling off Island, I am always being complimented. Being 6ft 7" I think "helps me look like I am the guy"
Your Administrator Laurie that I now order through, certainly does TD proud as she goes over an above with her assistance in not only recommending the various styles on my last purchase but was quick to point out that your New Designs would be available shortly. This spoke volumes and is rare today to find Great Staff. Hat's off to Laurie as I can see that she is an asset to Thomas Dean.

Shirt I ordered was not in stock. They should not of had it online to purchase if they couldn't fulfill the order. I had to take time out of my work day to get a comparable replacement. They communicated very well and got me a suitable replacement. I would order from them again and do plan on doing that.

The two items look great together (shade of red is consistent)and fit is right-on, with your sizing chart. The sweater is especially soft and comfortable.
Shipping and delivery were also EARLY. No untimely waiting, required.

The shirt I purchased was exactly as it was pictured and like I wanted. Having several of the 2XB sized shirts I was hoping the 3XL would have the same fit. It did not, it was a slimmer shirt then the XB cut. Still a great product!!

The shirt is no way the size it claims to be.

Great Deal on a Great Brand

Easy to order and size charts accurate. So pleased and happy with my purchase. However at full price I cannot afford this product. Only with discount and sale.

The shirt is nice. It fits according to the sizing chart.

I paid to get the shirt in 2 days. However, I am guessing the warehouse took a day to pull and then to get shipped out. I ordered midday on a Tuesday. Could have had free shipping, but I paid extra for 2 day shipping. So if I ordered on Tuesday. I should have received the shirt on Thursday. I was headed out of town late Thursday night and had planned on having the shirt for my husband. When I did not receive it, I found it was not going to be delivered until Friday.

I seriously considered returning it. I paid for a service and did not receive what I should have. A waste of over $20 for shipping.

I bought this shirt for my 13 year old son...he loved the fit and style...the only thing he complained about is this..and play close attention: most of the beautiful colors are only available to men's sizes...why not make some of your men's styles....for kids too...the selection for men is huge....but for kids...not so much...hope this was helpful...

My husband who hates to buy clothes is in love with Thomas Dean shirts. They are so meticulously made. He is usually an XL but went to an XXL. They fit beautifully and have enough room for a little shrinkage by the laundry. The XL's did fit but if you're a little bigger in the belly, go for the XXL. Not a big difference in the shoulders but across the front is perfect.

My overall experience with TD online ordering was very good. However, when I received the shirt I was surprised that the shirt pattern in the lower part of the shirt was different from the top. It is still a great shirt and one that I will keep but I cannot use it for its intended purpose. I suggest that TD show a full front and back image of all items in the online catalog, not just a folded view to avoid surprises or worse, potential disappointments.

I have been ordering from Thomas Dean for a few years now, for my husband and adult children. The selection is fantastic, the price point is a great value for stylish and high quality clothing. We find the return policy easy if we choose the wrong size. You can't go wrong with Thomas Dean.

I've been wearing TD for a four years now and appreciate both the line of clothing (style & colors) and the attention to quality. I'm still wearing the first shirts and pants I purchase and still look new. It is a great blend of business and casual. Also, working with exchanges has been very easy so they also provide great service. Although they carry tailored fit clothing, I would like to see a slim fit line as well.
