Easy ordering process and great price.

I was pleased to find a shirt line with the Rotary Club emblem that was elegant and not 'clubby'. The shirt I bought looked and felt great. Lots of compliments at the Rotary Club meeting. I'll be buying some of the other styles, and my friends are getting over their jealousy and looking to buy.

The shirt is of wonderful quality but the sizing explanation is not in view I wear XL and after I had placed the order I finally found the sizing information, size XL is a 12. Since the shirt is on sale, I cannot return my very small shirt. I will not order again from this site.

Laurie was awesome!! She noticed my request for 2 day shipping. She called me to ask when I needed the shirt. She made sure it got sent out and I was able to give it to my boyfriend for his birthday!

As with 99% of what I do for my personal life, I used my Smart phone to order a beautiful Collegiate dress shirt for my son.....there was supposed to be a coupon/discount applied which didn't come up on check out. I contacted customer service and they were on it immediately and I had the refund/discount applied very quickly.

I love all three of my OU shirts and have had many compliments on them. I would love to have a few more, so hope there will be more styles in the future. They are very true to size as well as stylish.

Just the right amount of extra flare, not the same boring cookie cutter styled shirts. Thomas Dean is top of the line!! The ease of navigation on the Thomas Dean site is great. I appreciate the ability to find new styles here first. Placing the order is very easy and once the item has shipped it arrives promptly. TD's process of packing and shipping it also top notch. Great care is taken to secure your package. This is done (I'm sure) so the item will arrive in a condition that you would expect from a company of this caliber!!!
