Me and my husband hired the Volkswagen transporter for 3 nights. We were greeted by Steph who had excellent customer service and explained everything in great detail and answered any questions we had. She was very friendly and made the picking up of the vehicle very smooth and allowed us to be on our way as quickly as possible. The van was amazing, it catered for our needs and was easy to manage/set up and a lovely vehicle to drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back in the future! Thanks again!

What an amazing experience we had with this rental, We rented for the Open in royal port rush and the team could not have made the pick up and drop off any easier, The Camper was like new and had all the trimmings, everything was set up so well and the beds where so soft and cozy. Efficient and effective booking process
Very easy booking process and communication up to and including check in was excellent. Vehicle was in perfect condition with 12,000 miles on the clock. Good storage within the vehicle and a helpful reversing camera included. Sat nav was available through connecting my phone through the USB point. Contact during the hire was helpful and returning the vehicle was straight forward.

Just not up there for the price
Unhelpful staff - Sarah, except for Steph, she was nice and stayed longer than her working hours for the van collection but I would not say the company went above and beyond.
Seems like based on the size of the operation, you are just a number. They need an after hours collection and drop off system, this should be very simple to implement. Lock box with a code for a key to be left on site.
We brought the van back one night early and there was not even a consideration to help.
Airport to location is a very far distance for pickup and drop off.. this was NOT clear from booking.
No out of office hours for drop off with a key box.
Not enough utilities included, not even a small container of dishwashing liquid, nor a cleaning cloth. Not enough knives and forks, etc, very skimped on.
Van had no water when we picked it up. No real tips or advice for foreigners for travelling the country, no real map or suggested routes. A lot can be done to improve the service. No real advice on where to park in cities and how local laws work regarding parking and infringements. This is very simple stuff to inform people of.
Not sure why my review has anything to do with my parents rental, I'm giving you my honest feedback. Van was nice, its a 3 due to it being overpriced and general lack of care from the company, other than Steph who made the rental somewhat bearable.
Not sure what flexibility you are referring to ? Pickup was after hours, I was not informed you did not have after hours service, infact once I booked you did not even check up on my booking until I reached out.
A nice gesture to offer us a lift from the impossible to find depo to Moira train station, but once we arrived slightly late due to the complexity of the location, after advising we were on our way, we were told to catch a taxi, which Steph had booked for us. We ended up waiting an hour for that.
Defend yourself as much as you like, it was not like other van rentals I have had around the world. Much to be improved upon.

That said, we were a little surprised by your comments, especially given the level of support and flexibility we extended during your rental. We made exceptions to accommodate your pick up and return and we realise that the return did not work out as planned through no fault of ours. Swapped some of our pre booked customers into other vehicles to suit the needs of your rentals. We also worked very hard to accommodate your father with the logistics of his return from Scotland.
We’re genuinely disappointed to receive a 3-star review after all the effort made to go above and beyond — from extended hours, personalised service, logistical assistance, and constant availability via direct mobile contact.
We appreciate you choosing us and wish you well in future travels, but we do feel it’s important that other potential customers see the full picture.
