Very bad service my TV still not repaired, while my new TV is under one year warranty, it has been three months to complained to the Thomson Consumer Care, but my TV not repaired yet, I filed petition to consumer court by my lawyer. I wanted to rate this company zero rating.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I needed to reinstall their UltraTax CS software on my client's server as some users were experiencing issues with starting the software. They resisted assisting me as I call numerous times during the afternoon wasting a full day trying to get a simple reinstall to happen. This is also TAX SEASON so this software reinstall is critical to my client's business. Never do business with this POS company!

Horrible Company with Worse than Used Car Salesman Techniques.
If you are looking to purchase accounting or audit software like Engage made by this company, THINK AGAIN.
They bury multi year contract clauses in the fine print. Their salesmen will never disclose those to you upfront. And whenever you want to change things like the number of licenses subscribers, especially down, you are in a world of hurt. We are having that bitter experience with them right now. Oh, we wish someone would have told us. We are stuck with a 3 year contract on a product we now will barely use and have to pay the full 3 year in order to cancel. All this because we wanted to reduce the number of licenses from 5 to 3. They told us they cannot do that. Then when we wanted to cancel, they brought up the multi-year licenses clauses that we did not know until now and that we're buried in the Docusign they sent us.

Absolutely terrible customer service, always late on updating their software. Always a problem with their software and when you try to tell them about the problem they send you a bill.
