First time time customer very happy with garments pricing packaging and fast delivery.

I am enjoying using Thread. It is great for keeping up with trends and for ideas on how to put outfits together. There is a wide range of prices and brands to choose from. Deliveries have been reliable. I enjoy getting emails with ideas.

The order took a lot longer to come than I thought it would. I love the concept but think having outfit ideas at different budgets would be good.
Overall though, it has been a good experience. Sadly I didnt keep many clothes as I ordered brands I hadn't tried before and sizing was an issue, but the clothes I kept I was really pleased with. Will definitely order again from Thread.
Returns were dealt with very quickly and money refunded quickly, which was very impressive.
The clothes come in a cardboard box with no plastic packaging, which is great. However, my daughter worked over the summer in an 'eco brand' and said everything was in plastic at the warehouse, so would be interested to hear more about packaging.
Overall I would recommend.

A great site and great service - the weekly ideas tailored to me and my wardrobe can really save a lot of time and get me try to things I wouldn't have considered.

I have been a regular user of Thread for a couple of years now, I’ve never had an issue with the delivery or quality of clothes. They offer a good range and plenty of options to choose from. A great service and it beats the hell out of going shopping.

I love the presentation of the package. The Love Hearts are always a nice touch! 😃
However, the returns system needs tweaking in my opinion. Whilst it’s dead easy to process the return, the communication is non existent. It’s been 5 days since I had the package scanned at a Collect + outlet and I’ve heard nothing from Thread to say (at least) they’ve acknowledged the return and to expect a refund within a certain amount of days.
Once the return bar code has been scanned, does the company not get an instant notification? The bar code is unique to that specific customer so can’t a automated email be instantly sent informing the customer you’ve seen the start of the returns process?

I think Thread is a great site with a great selection of clothing at resonable prices. The only thing I would recommend, is adding a rewards program, especially for people that spend a lot on clothes.

Thread is now my go to place for clothes and shoes.

I've ordered a couple of times from here, the quality of clothes is very good, decent prices. I just feel that the selected outfits were a bit more automated rather than personalised

Good quality products at reasonable prices but also good collection of higher end products to purchase which is very simple.

The suggested outfit and personal shopper work well but there is no pushing clothes on you to return if you don’t want and you are left alone to browse.

Goods always in perfect condition and arrive quickly.

This site is awesome. All clothes/shoes are of top quality. Shipping was faster than I expected. Will definitely be back for more during next spring/summer season.

I love Thread. I’ve been using them since 2016. They have all the top brands with quick delivery and easy returns. What’s not to like?

It's more effort than browsing sites myself for inspiration.

I kept getting told I hadn't selected enough 'likes'. I spent a solid couple of weeks liking and disliking items. Didn't change anything.

Kept selecting 'no jumpers' only to be kept showing jumpers.

Tried selecting another of styles.. didn't show related to styles. Tried selecting fewer styles. Same.

Nothing I tried seemed to have an impact. I've returned and retried a couple times now on thread. But it's just quicker to have a few sites you trust, visit them and go shopping.

Horrible delivery service and non-existent customer service. No telephone number and virtual assistant online does not respond

Original delivery took 2 weeks and was returned by delivery service and now I have to wait for it to be re-processed- which will take at least another 2 weeks
