I have used other services that do not charge a small order processing fee. I think it's a steep fee for what you get. It's unfortunate that they have to charge this extra fee. I like your product selection, but won't order enough to ever make $400 in a single order.

Very expensive to use for small orders. Great customer service they are just geared for big orders and big money and forget about the little guy. I ordered a couple hats and the logo is nice but its not straight with the bill of the hat. like I said the little guy gets pushed through.
