I had already paid this "service fee" on my first order and ordered 4 additional hats. I would have assumed that you would have dropped the fee for the re-order or at least significantly discounted it the second time around. Not sure I will be coming back for more with your company due to this model. I called and ask about the fee but it was brushed off as, this is our policy.

The processing fee of $65 if no order of $300 is not attractive. I believe after the first order and logo processed, the minimum order should be $150.

Product is good. The small order fee is high. Consider waiving the fee on additional small orders if a customer spends a specified amount with multiple small orders in a year As opposed to small order fees with each order

Excellent customer service and high quality products. I had a small order for a family vacation and they made sure the logo worked and I got everything on time. We loved the hats! I will definitely work with Thread Logic again.
