I understand the need to charge for smaller orders but it is difficult to know if you want a larger order until you have seen a sample. So, the small order fee serves to start the relationship on a sour note.

I think because of the current state of affairs you should waive the small processing fee. Also the T-shirts are pretty scratchy feel to them might want to think about a different composition. Lastly the image sent to approve versus the image on the T-shirt is fairly different. The last line of My website address is barely legible unless you get extremely close
