Despite being told that I could cancel free of charge i am now being charged over a thousand pounds due to their complete incompetent service .
Keep well clear of this company as just because they say that you can cancel free of charge they still charge you.
It's pointless trying to deal with this company over chat as you will be kept in a complete irritating circle of having to go through everything again and again. I have now spent nearly ten hrs trying to sort them out but to no avail!

I have had a great experience from Three CSE team, especially a person called Hamish Kemp. The attention to detail and the swift responses have been remarkable. I've ported numbers effectively and he has produced a custom reporting system for area managers to help with reporting. Well recommend and an absolute pleasure

We recently signed up to a new SIM-only business deal with multiple SIMs. Jamie was excellent to deal with; quick, accommodating, and went out of their way to deliver. Service was prompt and straightforward.
At the same time, we were expanding into a new building that was still awaiting a fibre connection. Jamie arranged for us to test a 5G mobile router on the network, which worked perfectly with no issues. Very helpful and flexible throughout… highly recommended.

Great service from 3 business 24/7
If been a customer for the last 5 years and I simply can’t fault them for price, service or reliability. I highly recommend.

Fast and efficient service in the shop and we were able to take away the 5g router that same day. The monthly cost of £21 beats the £38 our old supplier (EE) was charging us for the same speeds. As a volunteer-run nonprofit every pound saved helps a lot!

I’ve been with Three for 15years and am about to leave. I started as an individual and now have my business phones with them and wouldn’t recommend any business or individual to take any sort of contract with them.
Two years ago two of my business lines were coming out of contract, I decided to change them to sim only, month to month contracts and went into a Three shop in Newark Nottinghamshire while on a business trip to sort it out. The guys were good fun and extremely helpful, laughing and joking, getting me to sign while talking to me etc. When I looked over the paperwork I’m getting home I realised I had been given two contracts for two years each! Not what I wanted or asked for. I immediately called and was told by the overseas customer service person to go back to the shop as they could not change it. I went back to the shop the next morning to be told that they could not change it, I would have to speak to customer services. I called customer services and was told I would be called by a business customer service person and this would take a day or so….a week later I received a call to be told that I would have to go into any Three shop to have the contracts cancelled. So I went to my local Three shop in Bluewater, Kent, only to be told they were unable to help and to call customer services. At this point I complained very loudly and asked them to call customer service in the shop, they passed the phone to me and I was told that I could only have the contract cancelled by the original shop which was 150 miles away!!
I argued that the contracts I had been given were with Three and not the shop in Newark and I was not prepared to make a 300 mile round trip to amend what was their mistake. The person on the phone would not budge, the people in the shop would not help and after a considerable amount of time I eventually gave up and have got on with earning money, building my business and counting the days until these contracts have ended as the stress and time it was taking to try and sort this mistake out was too costly.
As for everything else with Three, the cost is great, they have by far been the cheapest provider for unlimited data and calls. But cheapest is not always better, countless times I have had full signal and a call has dropped, not only business calls but important personal calls too. There are consistent dead areas of signal and often I need Wi-Fi backup which is also from Three so why isnt my phone providing enough signs when the mobile Wi-Fi does?
All I want is to make and receive calls reliably, have decent Wi-Fi reception and proper customer service. My next provider WILL have a UK based customer service base for sure, as talking to people in India becomes tiresome when all they are trying to do is sell me more contracts or phones instead of actually trying to help me.
Sorry Three, it was ok for a while but you don’t deserve my custom any more.

Overall very good. Signal is not as fast as the previous provider by quite some way. Coverage also not as good.
Value for money and customer service excellent.

Make contract renewal/cancel challenging. 2 years ago, we requested to change our plan and number of lines just before contract expiry, but they couldn't process because they required 30 day notice even though our contract was expiring. I called them today as my contract expiring in a couple months , and was initially advised to get in touch AFTER contract expiry to cancel a few of the lines. The rep kept trying to convince me that the contract will not roll over and I can cancel on renewal date. I specifically asked him to confirm that if I were to cancel on renewal date would 3 charge me for another month. He said they would require 30 days notice and has to be given exactly 30 days before renewal to avoid any additional charges beyond my contractual commitment. I couldn't give notice today without extra charge either. I just want to get away from these guys now. I struggle with reception more often than I should, and have had multiple problems of teh 3 network being down. I was only going to cancel some of my lines, but they are being so difficult about dropping lines beyond conractual commitments, I think its time to walk away. POOR.

Incredible staff at three store who gave very clear and simple information to help me choose the right product for me. Very reasonable price. Very good coverage.

Initially I found communication with Three problematic but once I received their contact number I have found their customer support to be excellent.

the adviser i spoke with was very helpful and friendly - i explained my requirement's and he suggested a great solution at a brilliant price.
After 2 yrs of having the most appalling broadband connection with EE who kept telling me the signal was great, I now have a broadband connection that actually works - a miracle - actual download speed peaks at 15Mbs is outstanding compared to EE 8Mbs and BT 3Mbs.

You still haven't managed to change over one of our business phones which is now proving very difficult to work with. I have now been into your shop twice and they have also failed to change over the numbers. Please sort this out asap. We may have to look at what compensation is due to us.

Everythings been great up to now really happy with my services

The 4/5G home broadband connection was not usable in my area despite indications that it would be. On more than one occasion web chat agents lacked the communication skills to understand my issues and questions. It took a lot of time to exit chat and restart in the hope of getting someone better. Thankfully this was successful but the process was beyond frustrating.

Should be 0 stars. Absolutely horrendous and going via the ombudsman to deal with it. The most impossible customer service when it comes to complaints and no UK based support so you can actually get issues dealt with. All overseas call center based help that have 0 idea what they are doing.
They can’t even advise how to speak to someone from UK head office about an ongoing issue. They just refer you to their laughable website link. Dead end service.
Useless

I’ve had a terrible experience with Three over the past few months. Calls constantly drop, data is unreliable and the service is unstable across multiple areas not just in one location. I’ve tested my SIM in other devices, reset network settings, and followed all troubleshooting steps, yet the issues remain.
Despite raising this with Three multiple times through calls and their business WhatsApp support, I’ve received no meaningful resolution. I was promised that after giving them 7 days to diagnose the problem, I would be given my PAC code without early termination charges. It’s been months and not only is the issue still ongoing, but I’m also being denied the ability to leave without penalty.
This situation has caused serious disruption to my business. I rely heavily on my phone, and the lack of service has made it extremely difficult to operate. I’ve lost out on business opportunities due to their failure to provide a working network.
What’s worse is that Three has acknowledged there are network problems, yet they continue to hold me to a contract I can’t fully use. Their support team offers no real help and just keeps asking me to wait.
Frankly, I wouldn’t use Three again even if the service was free. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Three as your primary network especially for business. At best, it might be suitable for a backup line, but even then, I wouldn’t count on it.

The coverage of the network, we are finding it difficult to use the mobile phones as we do not have a very good signal. also we are not getting 5G or even 4G.

Staff was good finding us a deal that met our needs at an acceptable cost, explained it all well. We dont understand why Three didnt pay the last bill with our previous provider even though it is advertised everywhere that they will. We did ask about it at the time and they were going to look into it but haven't.
Internet and mobile connections are a bit hit and miss. Good speeds at times, other times just buffering or no mobile reception.

We have been with 3 for 15 years personally and as a little business and have never had an issue until the past couple of years.
We had 5 sim only contracts many at £2.50 + VAT per month which were amazing.
We then purchased 3 x Samsung Tablets for Engineers to us on the road. The tablets broke so quickly within 2-3 months. We called to inform 3. They told us to return to Canterbury store (purchased store) to resolve issue, the Canterbury store informed us to call 3 business. 3 Business requested we re attend the store. This happened 3 times over a few months with no progress and no one taking responsibility.
Due to this in-action we have now paid for the entire 24 months contact for all 3 devices and only used data for 2 months.
We have requested a refund but we are always passed to the team to upgrade. UPGRADING is honestly funny at this point.
All we want is a refund for the failed service length provided by 3.
We have been told that as we are now out of contract we are not eligible for a refund because of this.
Honestly appalled how we have been treated by a company we have been loyal to for 15 years.
Trying to get something sorted has been extremely tough speaking to people in Mumbai and then being passed pillar to post.
Is this honestly how to treat loyal customers?
