Super quick delivery and item as described

I have used Thrift + to donate many items and purchase. Both processes are flawless. Items are as shown on the website and bargains are a plenty. Buy (and donate) with confidence.

Customer service is incredibly slow and not helpful when they do respond. Not worth hassle if you rely on decent customer service to be honest.

This is a great site which helps to keep mountains of unwanted (still perfectly usable) clothes out of the landfill. I am on a limited income, so I like to get the best deals I can on everything I purchase. I was so pleased to find Thrift+ whilst browsing on the internet.
I have spent hours literally browsing the items on offer, both for myself and for my daughter, and I have already bought some great bargains and have another 73 items in my watchlist for when I can afford to buy any more!.

One of the best things for me is that because I have lost so much weight, I need a new wardrobe, and this is the cheapest way to buy good quality, second-hand, branded clothes. I am now going to send the clothes that are too big for me (some still with tags) for Thrift+ to sell, with me getting some credit to my account, and some money is also going to charity. It's a win-win situation.

Ordered a bag and paid £1.50. On 7th February.
I was quite surprised at the bag took 14 days to arrive. I filled it and took it to Inpost straight away which was very straightforward. Registered the bag and marked it sent but have had an email reminding me to send it.
Now it doesn’t appear on my account. It’s my first experience so I may well have done something incorrectly, but theoretically that shouldn’t be possible. Not massively impressed so far.
The bag is now showing on my account with an estimated review date of 7 April. So 2 months have now passed and the bag is still in the system.
It’s much quicker to sell via auction so avoid unless you’re happy to wait for several months before your items are reviewed and I’m guessing the uploading to actually sell them will be ridiculous as well.
Think Thrift+ should make this VERY clear on their website to enable sellers to make an informed decision.

Don't use to sell your own items! They keep the designer things and make excuses why they couldn't be sold. I had new items and some barely worn. Ted Baker dresses etc. Use vinted instead!

Utterly disappointed, sent over 700 pounds worth of designer goods, and they claimed they never received it and I only revived 100 pounds in compensation, feels like daylight robbery!!!!

Truly brilliant idea, great quality designer clothes I could never normally afford and low impact on the environment. Only just found this site, 2 orders now placed, more will follow. Clothes are great, not perfect, bit absolutely great. Thank you team at Thrift+

I sent a bag of items to Thrift and checked all items where the listed brands they sell for you, some where new with tags. I've had one item listed from the 25-30 I sent. I've been in touch with the the help contact and have multiple people ask whether my query has been resolved? They suggested my items may have been listed under someone else. They have never resolved where my items have gone, I would never trust this process again and never use the company. Fin, Victoria, Neha and Melissa have all messaged me to ask me whether I need any more support or my case will be closed, every time I've emailed to say no one has got back to me and nothing has been resolved but I have still received no response?
Terrible service

Awful service! Do not share your valuables with them- they haven’t verified my items for weeks and service is extremely slow. Worse still they have lost 6 items that were wrongly rejected and not classified correctly. Huge mistake to have sent my items to them which were expensive designer pieces.

I'm never disappointed by Thrift+. They have quality products, a range of brands at great prices. And they deliver quickly. I'm thrilled with my 2 "new with tags" purchases.
