Sellers Beware
The company was bought out recently and what had been a shoddy seller experience got so much worse. My main complaint is that customer service never resolves anything now. I had a bag full of clothes go missing. A month on, I chased. They promised follow-up in an additional month's time. They never reached back out and have been unresponsive since. It's now been missing three months.

Wildly overpriced and being refunded for anything you return takes nearly a month, and that's only after you have chased them multiple times. AND when you email you get an automated response saying it will take *seven* days to respond! Terrible service.

Some of the clothes I've ordered have…
Some of the clothes I've ordered have arrived smelling of body odor, which is really gross. Returns take ages, and the prices have really sky rocketed. Please just take your clothes to charity shops where the money goes to good use. And wash your clothes before you donate them!
Sell somewhere else…
I used to work and design in high end fashion. I have a good eye. Shocked that from a 15 kilo bag of clothes they put up 3 pieces to sell. 1 being too expensive. I think someone is making money here and it's not us. My partner also at my suggestion sent you his designer clothes.. 2 pieces up for sale. No sales yet. Will not use again. Will not recommend. Horrified tbh. Sell somewhere else...

Waste of time
It took ages for them to process the clothes ( the bags cost £1.5 each so i am £3 down already) I don't think the pictures they upload are flattering and nothing has sold for months now, not a single item! They will not return the clothes so waste of my time and money. I should have given my clothes to a charity shop instead. I will never use Thrift+ again.
Really love this company
Really love this company beautiful clothes at a reasonable price
I sent in 18 pieces of clothing
I sent in 18 pieces of clothing. I did not expect them all to be sold but they picked 1 item which was a designer blazer to sell and I know for a fact that the clothing I sent in were all in good condition.
Then if you want your goods back they charge you. I think this company is just a big Scam

Generally agree with the other 1* reviews. Feel very disappointed and ripped off. The prices they show me for my items total over £100. These prices don’t match the prices shown in the shops. I daren't add that up as it will just upset me. The total earned in my balance? £4.46… I’ve got two items left unsold and even with these, doubt I’ll breach the £5 minimum amount for a payout. It makes me feel sick and want to cry. Such lovely items and I’ve nothing to show for them. They pitch themselves as eco friendly but they’re all about the money.

I have bought lots of goods from Thrift.
The service has always been excellent. Most items come the day after they are ordered and are always great value. This includes designer gear.
I have recommended the site to my friends and family and both have been very pleased with their goods.
Keep up the excellent work Thrift.
*Do not recommend*
Since sending my items to them being uploaded took over 3 months, now for weeks the items that have sold are stuck at payment pending. I also didnt realise the money received was so little! 20% seems a little tight. I bought 2 bags to fill, I have only sent 1 and dont plan to send another. 3 of my 15 items have sold for £45 leaving a pending balance of £9. This £9 only just covers to cost of the bags i paid for.
I think thrift+ need to reevaluate their business model if they want returning customers.

Scam
Sent two bags of clothes. They picked handful of items. Sold a Joanie dress for £15 - I got £3.00. The entire thing is a scam. I’ll never send clothes to them again.

Bad customer service
I paid for two bags on the 22nd February, Thrift give a guide time to dispatch up to 10 days
I have send messages after message asking for some one to contact me as I want a refund ? , I don’t feel like Thrift can be trusted to sell my clothes if they can’t even send the bags I have paid for in the allotted time ?

They lost my bag
I sent them a bag full of clothes in November, including a designer dress worth over £500. Received no communication about my bag for weeks. I chased multiple times and was told each time to chase again a few weeks later. 4 months later, I was told they have lost my bag and offered £25 credit to spend on their site. I pushed back and they offered me £100 credit. I was hesitant to accept due to how negative the experience has been but decided to just use the credit, only to be charged money on my card. I've not been able to cancel the order and must now wait 5 days for them to respond to my latest email.
I've sent the items back and still not received a refund, so now I have a negative experience as a seller, and buyer. Atrocious customer service!

Good range of clothes at great prices and no hidden fees that exist on similar platforms.
Very quick delivery too!
I've used for Thrift for many years and have always been happy with the items I've received, some real bargains to be had!
I would definitely recommend Thrift.
I had really high hopes for this…
I had really high hopes for this company. Such a good idea, however the experience as a seller has been extremely disappointing. I provided 14 designer dresses and jackets, however Thrift+ determined over half were unsaleable and sent them for recycling without any prior notice or communication which was surprising as some of the items included brand new items with tags. It took forever to get a response to understand why too (I sent items in Dec and informed in March). Wouldn’t recommend as a seller.

Get little to no money for decent items…
Get little to no money for decent items being sold . I knew it was going to be low but didn't realise it was that low. Wish I just took the time to put on vinted. Wasn't even worth buying the bags. As sold nearly 100 pounds worth of stuff and not even got ten pounds

Total waste of time
I sent some really valuable items in good condition, a couple still with labels. Not only does the process take weeks and weeks, the photos of the items on the website are truly hideous. There’s no way they’ll sell - they look crumpled, shapeless and really horrible. The Joanie dress cost me £140 only a few months ago and still has the label. On the website it looks like it’s been dragged out of a clothes bin.
Getting them back would now cost me. They only agree to sell a handful of what you post, despite sticking to the brand guidelines, and even to get those rejected items returned would be £9.99.
So disappointed - honestly I’d rather the money went to the charity shop.
Bad customer service
First time I used bags came quickly havent sold anything yet but I havent got patience for vinted etc just want to clear out and maybe get some money for it. I have now placed two orders for more bags and neither order has been received. Sent an email, nothing and there is no phone number....very poor.
