Website very easy to use. Lots of items well categorised for browsing. Can pick up lots of bargains. Prompt delivery and good options to collect shipment.

Thrift was good then they got greedy and take a very high commission so it's a waste of time sending them items they just profit off customers. Look at the ridiculously high commission before sending items to them....

Lovely experience. Thrift+ are doing good things for the world and I was very happy with the whole seamless process. The item itself was in excellent condition, and I notice there is a fair description of more used items throughout the site.

Really genius! You order your bag, fill up with your beloved clothes and post and the rest THRIFT+ does the rest, that’s all. You get you money or you can help out some charity… better then that you can get. I highly recommend it.

Thrift products are always good quality, clean and true to the description. I have always been pleased with items received and its so good to know also that these items have been saved from landfil, as well as looking good on another person.

I sent in 2 full bags with some brand new items of ladies clothing, some had labels on, brand new.

Both bags said the items were not to standard. They wanted £9.99 for bag back, considering I paid £2 for the bags then £3.99 to return them, I am dubious to pay further.

This is not what I expected I did expect at least 50% of my items to be in resalable condition.

Won't be using again and won't be recommending this company at all.

I ordered a bag to sell some clothes over 2 months ago. The courier never delivered it. I've reached out to support various times, but their whole process is automated. Never spoke to a real person, never received the bag, and I never received a refund for the undelivered bag. Thanks for nothing.

As a committed sustainable clothes shopper this site is my go to. The images aren't always the best but I choose to buy here instead of other secondhand platforms as there is the option of returns if something isn't right. They now stock end of line too. I have found some of my favourite clothing on this site.

The love I have for this company! I’ve done tens of orders from them, always delivered so quickly, items just as described, easy returns, lovely helpful customer service and they do lots of sales! I hardly buy from anywhere else, and have recommended them to tons of friends. My go-to, always.

I am rarely moved to write a negative review. I sent several items to Thrift to sell, but they did not sell until the price was really low. I am not surprised as when I have tried to buy I find the search algorithm is very non specific (eg search for by brand and “trousers” and am shown lots of shirts or skirts too). In addition the pictures, especially of black items, are very hard to see, and there are no details, eg of the style name, so it is really hard to find what you are looking for. Why is the Vinted search so much better??

good for buyers, bad for sellers.

I bought 7 items of clothing including delivery was just over £30. Got myself a major bargain, brand new trousers that were originally priced at £140 for around the £6.00, brank new jeans that were also priced at £5.00, some tops which are great for summer as well as vacations, would recommend. Quick delivery also

I am new to Thrift+, but my first experience as a buyer has made me look forward to becoming a seller too.

Communication is strong - clear, friendly, non-patronising and thankfully no 'streetwise' jargon. The deal is different - maybe not for all, but refreshingly new (check them out online).

As a buyer the choice is huge - unusual for me as a man in his late sixties. The quality and condition of clothes is regulated. So no stinky, moth-ridden jumpers. The pricing is fair. The speed of delivery is excellent.

As a future seller, Thrift remove the worry and the hassle of selling clothes online. Yes, you have to pay a contribution for this service, but it is well worth it as they take over the tasks of photographing, listing, communicating, packaging and so on.

A really promising start and well worth a look.

Quality of clothes are great. Quality brands that I normally shop for. Easy to use platform. Much less hassle and risk than somewhere like Vinted. Will shop again.
